The order arrived an hour after the requested time, justified by the fact that it was placed on an app and therefore not precise... to make matters worse, the pizzas ordered were 5 and only 4 arrived!!! And finally, I would like to add, if not the worst, the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the girl who answered the phone when I called to ask for an explanation!!! I would like to tell her that if she doesn't want to do this job, she should change it!!!!!! Too bad because I also think the pizzas are good!!!! Patience!!!

04/09/2025: Dear Lenzoni, I've been buying your Apuano multigrain bread for years at Coop and Conad. It's delicious, and I had to order it to find it, because it was already sold out after lunch. Since this year, I've regretfully noticed that the bread isn't the same, both in flavor and texture. Isn't it a coincidence that it's now always available in the evenings, too? It seems you've changed the quality of the flours... but you can definitely taste the difference, and it's a real shame; it used to be the best bread... I'm afraid I don't buy it anymore. I can't find any recent reviews, except for one from two months ago. Whatever you've changed, go back to the way it was, because the quality and the goodness are evident and justify the price, even if it's higher.

21/10/2025: Nice and well-kept atmosphere inside, a little anonymous on the outside, authentic cuisine, generous portions and reasonable prices, excellent for a business lunch, fast and informal service.

07/09/2025: I went for dinner and had a pizza and appetizer. I paid over €30 and the place had been recommended to me for its karaoke, which is the only positive. The appetizer was good, and the pizza. But the service was truly awful. The guy was nice, but she was ruder than I've ever seen.

21/02/2026: A disappointing dinner in every way. Service to die for, no customer service, a complete lack of professionalism. Ordinary food, truly a huge disappointment. It's inconceivable that a place like this could have such a resonance.

16/12/2025: It was a long day for us, still not adapted to the opening hours of the Italian restaurants. When we thought that we won't be getting any food for the day, on a long winded road back to Corfino, we came across this place. Fabulous. Food and some home made delicacies.

10/05/2025: Siamo arrivati per fare un aperitivo e ci è stato chiesto se volevamo degli stuzzichini, abbiamo detto cortesemente di si e il signore che ci ha preso l’ordinazione ha sbuffato. Ci arrivano le bevute (uno spritz e un San bitter) con una ciotolina di patatine e una piccolissima di salatini, fine così. Dopo un po’ di tempo arrivano dei ragazzi per fare aperitivo (senza prenotazione) e a loro viene portato automaticamente un taglierino con salumi. Alla nostra richiesta di qualche stuzzichino in più ci viene offerto un piattino con delle fettine di pizzette congelate (allego foto). Il tutto €12, non torneremo mai più.

04/05/2025: Very nice place but light years away from the rudeness and incompetence of those who organize the dance evenings. I have been going to dance clubs for 40 years for work but here on May 3rd I found managers who have overcome the worst of the worst. I thought there was a limit to the rudeness but evidently I was wrong... I will definitely not go back and I will not recommend it to all my students... who frequent clubs that are perhaps less beautiful but certainly have competent and polite staff

27/12/2025: Nothing to complain about the staff or the very nice store. The coffee makers are outrageously expensive and a tourist magnet. Exactly double the price of Euronics and Esselunga. You'd expect them to be cheaper there, or at least the same price.

07/03/2026: One of the pizzas was burnt and the other was quite raw. Several of us had stomach aches after eating. The service was also very slow; we had to call back to get our pizzas. Personally, we expected more.

27/01/2026: The worst "pizza" I've ever eaten in 40 years of living in Torre del Lago, an unspeakable disgrace, undercooked, terrible dough and very low-quality ingredients probably from the Euro spin; such surreal incompetence, so much so that the cheap frozen pizzas are definitely better, if you want to feel terrible, go ahead, at your own risk.

24/12/2025: Exceptional gelato, especially the pistachio, fig, and walnut ones. The creaminess is also excellent.

25/12/2025: More than once I tried to get a pizza. I found myself faced with scenes where the boss, or who knows who, was yelling at the employees. He even treated me badly because I wanted to pay for a pizza with my credit card. I was told it was too little and that he paid taxes on it. I told him it's not my problem, I can pay it like this. He yelled at me, "It's these people! These phones and a thousand things I don't want to write." I paid and left, almost without any desire to eat pizza anymore. As for the place, it's uneducated, and the worst thing is hearing the owner yell at the staff, both behind the counter and from the kitchen window.

24/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at the hotel we booked through the agency. Security was virtually nonexistent, with room keys left unattended. This led to unpleasant situations, with our rooms being used by other people. We expected a level of service and care that, unfortunately, we didn't receive. We hope the hotel can improve these aspects in the future to offer its guests a more peaceful stay.

04/10/2025: The Hotel Bencistà in Pietrasanta offers everything you could wish for a successful stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and quietly located. From the moment you check in, you feel the attentiveness of the staff – friendly, professional, and warm at the same time. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise and rounded off the stay perfectly. Overall, a place where everything is just right: atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and location.

10/10/2025: Takeout pizza brought home, it was already hard and felt like eating a chiuingam. And let's leave the ingredients alone.

24/09/2025: It was okay, but nothing special. Drinks are served in 1.5-liter bottles. The staff doesn't know what they're doing.
