19/07/2026: Wonderful location, surrounded by greenery, well-kept both inside and out, welcoming and helpful staff, food with excellent raw materials and cooked in a simple and tasty way... I recommend stopping by, also the price is fair... and then there is also a relaxation corner with sun loungers in the greenery.

12/06/2026: After a hike in the Monte Altissimo area, we stopped for lunch at Rifugio Le Giobe and were truly satisfied. We started with a perfectly prepared giardiniera (fresh pickled vegetables) and polenta crostini with a truly excellent tomato and mushroom sauce, simple yet full of flavor. For our first course, we had tagliatelle with game, rich and well-seasoned, and for our second course, stewed venison, which was tender, flavorful, and cooked with great care. With drinks, a amaro (a bitter aftertaste), and even a portion of giardiniera to take away, we spent €88 for two. Considering the quality of the food, the portions, and the location of the refuge, the value for money was excellent. You don't come here for the spectacular cuisine or to take photos for social media: you come to eat well, with local products, mountain recipes made with passion, and a genuine atmosphere that is becoming increasingly rare. If you're passing through Monte Altissimo, it's definitely worth a stop. I'll gladly return.
