12/08/2025: Restrooms and changing rooms were clean. Lounger prices were completely acceptable. €20 for two loungers right by the water without umbrellas. Drink prices were completely reasonable. The pool in the entrance area wasn't in use, just a bit of water completely covered in algae. It didn't look very inviting.

29/06/2025: Really unpleasant experience at Bagno Teresita Wellness Club in Viareggio. The pool rules are not displayed anywhere visible to guests, and we found ourselves rudely scolded for having brought a stroller into the pool area, which the manager said was “not allowed”. Too bad this ban is not posted anywhere. Later we were scolded again because we had clothes on the sunbed: according to them, “by internal rules” (which we never saw or received), all personal items should be kept in the cabin, away from the sunbed, making the experience extremely uncomfortable for those with children or who need to keep a change of clothes, sunscreen or other personal items close at hand. If children are not welcome in this facility, it would be more correct to declare themselves adults-only, instead of welcoming families and then making them feel like they are in the way. In addition, as already reported by other negative reviews: • The staff is often rude or arrogant towards customers, instead of politely explaining the rules which, we repeat, are not posted anywhere visible. • The prices are high compared to the quality of the service offered. • Some guests complain that the pool water is not always clean and that the sunbeds are too close together, taking away space and privacy. • The management seems more interested in controlling every little detail of the guests rather than ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. We will not return and we do not recommend families and those looking for a courteous welcome to choose this property.

20/08/2025: An absolute dream and a delight. The ambiance is uniquely beautiful. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Children are welcome. The food is truly amazing. And the prices are very fair. And as a little bonus, the owner also speaks German 😉

Always serves with a smile, professionally, communicates with everyone in their language. This is simply the highest professionalism. And this makes breakfasts even more enjoyable. 01/08/2025: My appetizer was completely forgotten, and I had to ask repeatedly and for a long time to finally pay! I've never experienced having to wait to pay. Not recommended, at least for tourists!

26/07/2025: Rustic atmosphere and excellent food. Every time we're in the area, we take the opportunity to dine here, and I highly recommend it. The table in front of the fireplace is my favorite! The cuisine is traditional Tuscan, with a focus on tradition and flavors! The staff always make you feel welcome and offer the best recommendations. The wines are excellent, too! Congratulations!

07/06/2025: A place managed by very professional people who have been able to give a touch to this bar that offers a service from breakfast to aperitif, very good food too if you want to eat something especially at lunch and they are supported by a great team of very good girls, polite, professional and always smiling, I recommend this cafe to everyone.

24/07/2025: Welcoming atmosphere with tables and chairs outside, but it's a shame I didn't like the ice cream; I found it very inconsistent and not very creamy.

21/07/2025: Great place for a quick bite to eat. There's some seating inside and outside (though the umbrellas aren't always open). Right next to San Michele al Foro. Excellent food and a super warm welcome.

23/07/2025: A simply disastrous experience. The place bills itself as a sushi restaurant, but what we were served had very little to do with Japanese cuisine—at times it seemed like a failed parody. The food was pathetic, tasteless, with embarrassing consistencies. Some dishes were almost uneatable: soggy sashimi, nigiri that seemed to be made with yesterday's rice, tempura soaked in oil like a used sponge. The only thing that raised our eyebrows (in a positive sense) were some of the uramaki: truly world-class, well-balanced, fresh, and carefully prepared. It's a real shame that the rest of the menu isn't even remotely up to the same standard. On a positive note: the water arrived in record time. The waiters were lightning-fast, World Cup-worthy. But unfortunately, you can't live on water and two good uramaki. A bitter disappointment. We won't be returning.

I would like to thank Massimo and his entire staff for their courtesy and professionalism in managing an event for over 50 people, including other guests both in the hotel and in the restaurant.

17/08/2025: The appetizers are good but nothing exceptional, and the savory appetizers are very good, like the tomato bruschetta. The waiters are friendly. The prices are average. The bathroom needs updating.

14/08/2025: The food is good, but the quantity is insufficient for the price paid. We are left wanting more. The service is bad; we were served late and they forgot a dish, even though the service costs €2 per person!! I do not recommend this restaurant.
