21/06/2026: An oasis in the middle of the...hills above Pietrasanta...a frugal lunch with some well-made dishes like cakes and cod...conviviality...if you're wandering around like us and stop...you'll leave satisfied.
17/06/2026: A delightful and delicious place. Few frills, but a true mastery of chef Daniele. Excellent and discreet service. A small but well-stocked wine cellar. Excellent and delicious appetizers. But the dry-marinated raw cod is a masterpiece of simplicity and thoughtfulness. The desserts are delicious.
Must try and return.

01/06/2026: A small restaurant and wine bar facing the seafront. The very kind owner even offered us water for the dogs accompanying us. Excellent ingredients for both food and drinks. Everything was top-notch. A little world apart ❤️
09/03/2026: While I was watching the Tirreno Adriatico "Crono," a friend of mine and I ate a truly delicious sandwich. The prosciutto was excellent (I'm from Parma), and I hadn't had it this good in years! Very nice place! Well done!

30/04/2026: Lo Schiaccianoci is my go-to place in Versilia, like a second home. I've been coming here for many years, and in addition to the excellent food, it's the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. Everyone is friendly and professional.

26/07/2026: We had dinner here yesterday before seeing a show at the Lucca Summer Festival. The location is very central and the service is fast. All the stars go to the waitress, Giada, who was very kind. She recommended the platters (good and very generous), and served us with kindness and warmth. This is important for those who want to relax and enjoy a lovely evening, and especially not a given, given that her colleague, annoyed at having to find us a table, practically rudely threw the ashtray on the table (we don't even smoke!).
Ignoring the rude gesture, the overall rating is positive: the platters were good, and the rest of the staff was courteous.

29/04/2026: We had three kinds of seafood as a starter—it was amazing. For the main course, we had excellent lobster with pasta and mussels with pasta. The service was fast and pleasant, which unfortunately can’t be said about other restaurants here. 99% of the guests in the restaurant were locals.

05/06/2026: A sure thing. For lunch or dinner, it never disappoints me... and has been for years. Even though I eat a lot when I go there... After two days, I'd like to go back. The quality of the fish and other ingredients is 10/10. The girls' service is excellent. P.S. Make a reservation!

01/07/2026: Very nice experience in Lido d.C.; there are lots of places where you can enjoy the day at the beach, but for us this was the best! The lady at the reception was kind and guided us nicely and friendly throughout their services; what we were allowed to do and not. The pool was great and clean, the beach the same. The self service restaurant was simple but super tasty! The lady behind the bar was great and super attentive, same for the young gentleman. We went there twice during our stay of 4 days. Last but not least, the best caffe crema ever!

The lovely team at Bagno Marisa made our April holiday incredibly lovely.
They are lovely people and work very hard to make sure you are looked after. Their beach space is the best. Their aperols were amazing. The foccacia lunches will be missed and their general way is nothing short of special.
Thanks so much to Elena, Ester and the rest of the family for your hospitality.
...and the gorgeous little puppy!

Endless waits, both to order and to pay, over 30 minutes to receive the bill.
The waiters' professionalism was disconcerting.
The presence of a bone fragment in the plin filling, flakes in the fish, and the failure to remove the shellfish casings for a dish costing 40 euros was embarrassing.
The only good dish of the evening was the French fries.
