04/11/2025: In Viareggio, we were looking for a kiosk... but we couldn't find one: the kebabs didn't inspire us, so we chose this little Chinese restaurant where we had lunch with the all-you-can-eat option. Everything was good/average. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is a bit dated, as I recall, and there was limited space between the tables.

13/05/2026: What a lucky choice! A tremendous caciucco, courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality. It's definitely worth getting off the highway and driving about 5 km!

17/05/2026: La Pizzateca is a very nice and welcoming place where you can enjoy excellent pizzas paired with a selection of beers. A great place for families and groups of friends. The service is excellent, but above all, the pizza is delicious, with a dough as light as a cloud! We'll definitely be back! Excellent value for money!

08/06/2026: Pleasantly surprised... everything was very good, the octopus was truly top-notch... exquisite! Service was quite fast despite it being busy... the girl in the dining room was very kind. I will definitely be back.

05/06/2026: A sure thing. For lunch or dinner, it never disappoints me... and has been for years. Even though I eat a lot when I go there... After two days, I'd like to go back. The quality of the fish and other ingredients is 10/10. The girls' service is excellent. P.S. Make a reservation!

06/05/2026: Fabulous setting with attention to detail, just a few meters from the beach. A finely set table and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Fresh fish dishes cooked to perfection. The quality/price ratio is definitely spot on. We'll be back.

02/11/2025: The price isn't worth the service! We found it really expensive! You have to make your own bed; the room is adjacent to the shared bathroom, and that wouldn't have been a problem. We were aware of the problem; the bathroom had several drainage issues and various noises. After 6 in the morning, it was impossible to sleep. Honestly, the room was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

24/09/2025: Trassilico is a small village nestled in the mountains of Garfagnana, in the Serchio Valley, a hamlet of the Municipality of Gallicano. You don't pass through Trassilico on your way from one place to another. You go through Trassilico. There's one road that leads to the village and the same one that takes you back down to the valley. Just 20 families live there year-round. It's a place for those who love the mountains, with their fogs and the sound of the wind that winds through the gorges and slopes. The area is rich in privately owned chestnut groves, black oak, larch, and mountain fir. The road to get there is winding and narrow; a moderate pace and careful driving are recommended, and it's helpful to "make yourself heard" before the bends. Crossing with other vehicles can be problematic. In some places, the road is narrowed due to construction work and landslide containment structures. From Gallicano to Trassilico, it takes a good 40-50 minutes by car. But it's worth it. The locals are hospitable and welcoming to those who show respect and politeness. Noise of any kind is welcome.

05/03/2026: As a hotel it is neither nice nor clean and honestly paying 70.00 euros for one night was a rip-off.

24/01/2026: We already knew the pizza was excellent, but the tiramisu deserved an A+. The staff was very kind, and at the end the owner offered us a drink. Congratulations to everyone.

15/10/2025: Amazing place for a UK visitor. Great selection of Beers, impressive service when busy. If "cafe culture" is not your thing and you want to watch some sport, play pool and have a pint here is your place.
