06/05/2026: Fabulous setting with attention to detail, just a few meters from the beach. A finely set table and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Fresh fish dishes cooked to perfection. The quality/price ratio is definitely spot on. We'll be back.

04/04/2026: We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for a week at the end of March and had a wonderful time. Admittedly, the hotel is a bit off the beaten track when it comes to popular tourist destinations like Pisa and Florence. However, it's situated in a quiet and beautiful location on a hilltop with stunning views across northern Tuscany. The tourist hotspots are easily accessible by car, making it a great base for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating at all times. I'd especially like to commend Giada and Claudio, who went above and beyond to attend to our needs throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00 and offers everything you could want; only additional egg dishes are available for an extra charge. The hotel features a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. All of these facilities were clean and spacious. In the summer, there's also an outdoor pool. There was more than enough free parking available nearby, and additional parking is available at the hotel for a fee. Two charging stations and an emergency charging point are also available in the parking area. The hotel is very spacious, both inside and out. If you're able to walk a lot, this isn't a problem, but people with limited mobility should be aware of this. At the end of March, the hotel wasn't really full, which we really appreciated. It can certainly get busier during peak season. For background information and to better understand this review – I stay in approximately 80 hotels worldwide each year. My Marriott Titanium Elite status was valued and appreciated at the Renaissance Hotel.

25/06/2026: After a day at the beach we needed some food before most places open after "pausa". I think we ate at 6pm. They have an amazing deli full of ceviches and marinated fish and olives, even paella. We were able to have one of our best dinners. A total of 6 spritz and enough food for 4 people was less than 70 euro. It pains me that we might never make it there again.

29/04/2026: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel da Filiè. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even better. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out, from the fresh linens to the calm, inviting ambiance. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and served in a pleasant setting that made mornings something to look forward to. The overall experience felt peaceful and well cared for. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the hotel. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel da Filiè to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable experience.

05/05/2026: The restaurant is nice but a bit dated. The space isn't huge, but it's not noisy. The fish is fresh and high-quality. The menu didn't live up to expectations. The appetizers were good, but the first courses weren't very flavorful. The staff is very friendly.

26/04/2026: Comfortable and well-spaced tables, I came to this restaurant by chance, we had a fried food, it was cooked well not greasy, perfect batter unfortunately the prawns were not tasty and the portion for 2 people is not abundant I would have liked the waiter to let us know when ordering, the dessert was very good, for the fried food I will not return but the first courses that I saw being brought were beautiful, if I have the chance to come to this restaurant again I will take other courses

13/04/2026: What can I say... La Bussola Versilia isn't just a restaurant; it's a true piece of our country's history. Reviewing a place like this requires study and commitment. It's truly not easy, and you can't limit yourself to what you see today (which isn't bad). If the parts could talk, they'd speak with the voices of Mina, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Miles Davis, and more. It's really difficult. I can say that the restaurant's standard remains high.

23/02/2026: A small winery in Tuscany. We enjoyed the visit (although there isn't much to see compared to other wineries I've visited). We really enjoyed the tasting, though. It consisted of five wines paired with cured meats and cheeses, and we absolutely loved them all. We arrived a bit late for the tasting, and they were incredibly kind to us. I would definitely recommend it!
