McDonald's In Capannori

We were just passing through and the place is clean, the service is good, and the air conditioning temperature was very nice considering the heat on the road.

I ordered from the app and waited for delivery in the parking lot, but after 15 minutes, still nothing (let me start by saying it was the last day of school and it was crazy inside!!!), so I went in and spoke to the mortified store manager, who prepared my order in just a few minutes. Her kindness and helpfulness were exceptional!

Pamela served us with big proffesionalism and we are happy to see that you have such a wonderfull and cheerfull employees. We are so happy and we will come back and visit this McDonald at Capannori

The food is acceptable, but the cleanliness is very poor. Lots of trash on the floor, dirty tables, neglected toilets.

Always everything ok. Fast, friendly staff, clean environment. Top.

The staff, unlike some other McDonald's, is colder and generally less present. The quality of the products served is up to the brand's standards.

Classic Mc excellent well organized

I gave the food four stars not because it's not excellent but because it's not healthy for our liver... let's say it's a sin of gluttony 😋
