29/04/2026: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel da Filiè. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even better. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out, from the fresh linens to the calm, inviting ambiance. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and served in a pleasant setting that made mornings something to look forward to. The overall experience felt peaceful and well cared for. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the hotel. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel da Filiè to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable experience.

26/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025. My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous Christmas lunch, prepared with every possible care. We felt pampered and at home. The appetizer was generous, with delicious cheeses and mozzarella. The homemade tortellini and tordelli Lucchesi were truly excellent. Generous main courses included a spectacular grilled beef fillet. We couldn't finish the main course, which consisted of suckling pig with artichokes, which the owner kindly packaged for us to take home. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and there was always wine in our glasses. To finish, sparkling wine and Beppino Occelli's panettone with a delicate mascarpone cream. We will definitely be back soon, as the owner is also a master of pizza, which she makes herself using excellent, high-quality ingredients and various select flours. Richard and Giusy from Livorno.

01/07/2026: A wonderful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. We sat outside; the setting was quiet and beautiful, and the food was delicious. Steak Area was our first choice in Forte dei Marmi, and I will definitely visit again. Excellent service—thanks to the staff.🧡🧡

02/06/2026: Excellent pizzas and focaccias, the pita bread is plentiful, and the hazelnut dessert is fantastic. The atmosphere is simple and very clean, making it suitable for families with children thanks to the lawn for playing, and both indoor and outdoor seating. Ample parking is available. We didn't try the fish, but we saw tempting dishes pass by and heard compliments to the chef. Definitely worth a try; I recommend booking.

31/12/2025: It had been years since I returned, unfortunately I found a truly disorganized team, endless waits despite the place being almost empty, mediocre pizza, I give two stars because once upon a time it was a small place that deserved it.

16/06/2026: Decent experience overall but not great. The pizza was way too wet for my liking and not pre-cut so I had to cut the slices myself They charge a small fee for serving which other restaurants that I ate at, didn't charge I also asked for a water but never received it. Dessert was clearly homemade and very tasty - don't remember the name but it had pineapple and white chocolate 🥰 Would definitely come back for the desserts!
