La Piadineria In Lucca

Excellent piadinas, friendly service, cleanliness, and order. Everything was perfect.

Half-empty piadinas, taken away, the dough melting in my finger. Usually the filling is spread evenly so that every bite is flavorful, but this time, not at all. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time, so I understand the tiredness, but it's still a product we paid for.

I've been to this piadineria several times, but unfortunately, over time, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the ingredients. I used to enjoy it very much—the chicken was tender, the potatoes well-cooked, etc. Lately, however, we've found the food cold, undercooked, poorly cleaned, and so on. It's a shame, because some of the piadinas were really good. We'll give them other options, though, because, for example, the option to change the dough often saves some. The parking is excellent; there are plenty of parking spaces inside when entering from the roundabout. The atmosphere is nice, and you can eat inside or outside. The bathrooms are clean and tidy, there's a kiosk for ordering, and the staff are friendly (I've read several reviews about the staff's character, but honestly, I've always had a good experience). I hope the overall quality of the food improves, because a nice alternative is always welcome. They also have salads, piadinas with Nutella, and a kids' menu. There are promotions with a membership card, and sometimes small gifts for a contribution of €1 with a membership card and €3 without one.

The place is nice, with convenient parking nearby. The piadinas are "okay": nothing particularly noteworthy, either in terms of quality or filling, which is rather basic. What left me most perplexed was the service time. At the entrance, there are two ordering kiosks, which would suggest fast service, especially on a Saturday night. In reality, with the place almost full, the wait for two piadinas with fries was well over 20 minutes. Considering the limited seating capacity and the format (and the fact that many customers were already eating), the wait was quite long.

Everything was very good! Clean place! Fast! Everything was fine!

The piadinas are good but average. If you're looking for something quick and different from the usual burger, the entrance door should be fixed, as it's been damaged and closed for several months. Some of the workers are a bit lazy, but otherwise it's a chain.

Wide assortment and variety of products for every taste, fast service. Good products.

Last night I bought three piadinas to take home. One was all torn to pieces! Check before you put it in the bag!
