06/08/2025: A bakery located almost in the center of town, small but well-stocked. I tried a small piece of the white pizza and it was good. I would have liked to try the desserts, but the woman at the counter had no idea what was in the dough. I'm lactose intolerant, and she told me there was "definitely" butter in the biscuits; she was unsure about one, which "maybe" didn't contain it. The woman later pointed out an allergen list taped to the fridge, a bit worn, I don't know if it's recent. I preferred not to take anything just to be safe. But I keep asking myself: in 2025, how can anyone not know what's in the dough? Even if it's not made on site, the person at the counter must know what's in it. It seems absurd to me.

They offer a wide selection of appetizers and platters, perfect for a quick stop or for lunch, dinner, or a snack. I highly recommend it; don't forget to stop by if you're passing through.
