Very good ice cream It's a little disappointing because on the balcony it says 26 EUR per kg but I paid 50 euros per kg I still go back for the goodness of the ice cream. Much appreciated by my guests

Never had ice cream like this. Unique for the management of the raw material at the center of the recipe, perceptible in texture and flavour. Pistachio, hazelnut and Florentine cream are among my favourites.

The ice cream is above average as is the price. All in all, certainly worth a try. Watch out for pistachios which cost more. Large parking adjacent and being in the center it is very appreciable.

Se passi nella zona di Valdarno la sosta da Cassia Vetus è obbligatoria. Mangerai un gelato che non ha eguali per gusto, inventiva e scelta della materia prima. Dopo aver provato questi prodotti gli altri ti sembreranno mediocri

Di passaggio nell'aretino mi sono fermata in questo locale che si trova a 10 minuti dallo svincolo autostradale di Valdarno, in quanto mi era stato consigliato per la buona qualità del gelato. Posso dire di avere mangiato la migliore nocciola della mia vita. Inutile dire che vengono utilizzate solo nocciole delle langhe. Consistenza e gusto avvolgenti ,senza quel fastidioso residuo di grasso nel palato che viene rilasciato dai prodotti semi-industriali che ormai hanno preso piede nelle gelaterie. Consigliatissimo!
