22/02/2026: This is the first pizzeria where the owner is a pizza chef, with the waiter doing everything himself. Clearly, the service is decadent. If you arrive before an hour, he doesn't let you eat and usually takes your order after 40 minutes. Since he's the only one, that's normal. But I'll never set foot in a place like that again. Also, you can see from the walls that they don't clean that often because it was visible 🕸️🕸️🕸️🕸️ I prefer cleanliness first and then the quality of the food.

27/10/2025: Good morning, I just left the Pratantico bar, very surprised after reading Geppe's review. I had a great time, the owner Gina welcomed me and made me feel at home right away. I found the place very clean and the quality of the products excellent. I made two regular sandwiches with mortadella and salami (my favorite cold cuts) and I devoured them, they were so good and fresh. I ask you not to write things like this, as they could damage the business and, above all, the soul and passion of the people who work there, giving everything they have.
12/07/2025: A bar in Pratantico, Arezzo, next to a tobacco shop and facing the post office. It also sells bread and some household products. Service is slow and slow; the baristas sometimes get lost in small talk instead of focusing on serving customers. Prices are high. Breakfast prices have increased from €2.60 to €2.80! Cappuccino made with run-of-the-mill coffee and a low-quality croissant. The milk in the cappuccino is steamed several times, resulting in a taste that's diluted with water.

02/05/2026: The Arno Autogrill is a must-see stop along the A1, characterized by its spaciousness and high standards of cleanliness, despite the heavy traffic. The bar service has proven efficient and courteous, with excellent coffee. The selection of fresh sandwiches is extensive, and the pizza, typical of service station restaurants, confirms its reliability. Prices are in line with highway tolls. The facility also offers a well-stocked shop for emergency purchases and well-kept outdoor areas, ideal for relaxing. It is recommended for a quick, quality stop.
03/04/2026: Disappointed to say the least! I ordered the sausage parcel, and it was completely raw inside. I asked the staff, who, annoyed, asked if they could heat it up a bit more on the grill. We're talking about cooking, though, so a piadina grill certainly isn't enough to cook the inside. I was in a hurry, otherwise I would have talked to a manager.

14/10/2025: The waitresses were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, and the seating wasn't very large considering it's adjacent to a hotel, but it was still very welcoming.
The food was good and carefully prepared.
13/08/2025: The dumpling noodles were quite lemony, but a bit light. The fried steak was decent. Seats were 2 euros per person. The problem was there was no air conditioning—it was incredibly hot. And I don't know why people weren't allowed to sit even though there were seats available. It was strange.

The large back room is truly beautiful: bright, welcoming, and spacious, ideal if you want to stop and enjoy breakfast slowly, without rushing.
A place that combines quality and atmosphere, perfect for those who like to start off on the right foot and with something delicious in hand.

23/03/2026: Wide selection on the menu, including pizzas, burgers, and pasta dishes. We recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The pizza toppings are also very good. The draft abbey red beer is excellent. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices.
15/11/2025: There are many things to complain about. First of all, the wait is too long, and it's the first time someone has served the pizza first and then the appetizer.
Then the beers they serve aren't the same size; for example, if two people order two medium beers, one gets a small one and the other a medium one. The pizzas were also not very good and lacked flavor; perhaps the only thing that stands out is the calzone. I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria to anyone. Thanks for your attention.

I stand by my previous review: the best in the area. There's really no point in going to an ayce restaurant unless you want to overdo it. 10 ravioli, 40 uramaki, 2 spring rolls, 2 bottles of water, €55. Excellent quality, the rolls were huge and had real vegetables, and the uramaki had little rice and lots of fish. The staff was also friendly and courteous.
20/05/2025: Lovely place, very friendly and polite staff, delicious ramen broth and ravioli. I hope to return soon.
