16/04/2026: I always stop there when I'm passing through, and I find it very nice, a nice place. And then it happens that you also make nice unexpected acquaintances.

22/03/2026: I carefully ordered a tiramisu cake to surprise the birthday girl (since it's her favorite dessert and she only eats that), but when I opened the package at the restaurant, I found myself with a cake with cream and chocolate chips! After 3 calls to the pastry shop specifically asking for tiramisu, I would have expected better service. Oh well, now I've made a fool of myself with the birthday girl! 🫶🏻

23/06/2026: Drive-thru has become a nightmare due to frustrated and incredibly rude staff. Tonight my friends and I were treated like dirt by the order taker (one morning on June 23rd, I think her name is Alice), who took our order with extraordinary arrogance and rudeness. Not content, the bag was practically thrown into our car at the pickup window with obvious annoyance. Not only do these staff not know how to deal with the public, they can't even read a screen: the orders are almost always wrong and the sauces are always out. If you don't feel like working, stay home. Embarrassing.

05/07/2026: If you order sushi and raw salmon and grilled seafood, it's all very good! When it comes to European dishes, it leaves a bit to be desired, but for an all-you-can-eat, I'm satisfied. Even though the sushi and fish dishes are gluten-free, I'm not a place for celiacs because there's a high risk of cross-contamination between spoons and plates.

18/06/2026: Excellent place for a lunch, either a quick one for those on a work break or a more calm one to spend a couple of hours relaxing while having lunch, or a quiet dinner where you can eat both oriental cuisine, both raw and cooked, or more traditional food meat fish grilled vegetables, snacks and various fried foods, the food is very good and the staff is very kind, I highly recommend it.

14/04/2026: I often go there for lunch. I think it's the best pizza by the slice in the area, with plenty of parking in the back. There's a wide selection of pizzas and focaccias. I really like the Margherita. The slices are always very crispy, and the focaccia fillings are always delicious. Very varied. Even though it's always busy at lunchtime, they manage to serve you in a few minutes. The only downside is that there's little space inside; there are several tables outside. Very good for those who need to get back to work quickly.

15/06/2026: I'll start by saying I only come here for breakfast. Both sweet and savory options are excellent. There's ample space inside, and lunch is available. Highly recommended.

02/05/2026: On a Saturday night, due to our location, they ignored us, making my friends and I wait over two hours for our food. Furthermore, when the pizzas finally arrived, they got our orders wrong. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes to pay.

01/07/2026: I ordered a chicken and salmon wrap through Deliveroo and was pleasantly surprised. The piadina was perfectly crispy and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. I highly recommend trying it!

01/07/2026: The place is modern, bright, and spotlessly clean, with a relaxed, pop-up atmosphere perfect for a quick lunch break or a takeout meal. The staff behind the counter is incredibly young, welcoming, and patient in explaining the various combinations to even the most inexperienced.

22/12/2025: The service was terrible from the moment we arrived. At first, it felt like the staff were deliberately ignoring us. After a long wait, a bag of stale bread was literally dropped in the middle of the table—no olive oil, no plates, nothing. We had to ask for basic accompaniments, and even that required another long wait just to get someone’s attention. We already knew what we wanted to order. Yes, the prices were high, but the restaurant looked beautiful, so we expected the quality and service to justify it. Unfortunately, it did not. We ordered a bistecca chianina and lamb chops. Both dishes were extremely disappointing. The bistecca, priced at €70 per kilo, was shockingly bad, after trying it you would expect the €70 was for the whole cow. One side was burnt, the cut was of very poor quality, and the meat was unbelievably tough. It was, without exaggeration, the worst piece of meat I have ever eaten. My family and I had to spit it out and ended up leaving about 90% of it untouched. The lamb chops were also burnt on one side, and all we could taste was char. We forced ourselves to eat them only because we were hungry. We informed the waitress about the issue, and she seemed to understand. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to see the full €70 bistecca charged. When we explained that it wasn’t fair to charge us for a dish we barely ate due to its quality, her response was: “If you wanted a free meal, you should have said so.” That comment was incredibly unprofessional. I wasn’t looking for a free meal—I expected food that was at least edible. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The only positive thing I can say is that the place itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short.

09/12/2025: High-quality, well-cooked meat! Delicious side dishes: the Tuscan tondini, grilled potatoes, and chicory with fava bean puree! Polite and competent service. An excellent glass of Sangiovese! The owner is enlightened and open to new ideas, yet deeply rooted in the true traditions of the area, those of value and values! A food and wine experience in the splendid setting of Cortona, an Etruscan city of art and artists, with shops that graciously offer typical local products, from trusted Florentines to the scents of the Tuscan countryside! A wonderful memory!

24/12/2025: It would be best to specify, or warn, or even not take reservations when you're closed. That's what happened to me this evening. I booked a table for four people at 8:00 PM and confirmed it, then arrived and found it closed. It's a complete lack of respect for customers.

05/05/2026: I went back for lunch with colleagues after a long time, the last time being in 2019. It's really improved a lot. Delicious pasta, fast service, and fair prices. Highly recommended as a weekday lunch spot.
