07/08/2025: I'm very sorry that it's closed and won't reopen. I stopped by the rotisserie. It was closed and won't reopen because there was delicious grilled bread and French fries and Coke and lasagna and and the sausages and the ribs were good.

31/07/2025: The appetizers, pizza, and entrees I've tried are very good. When it's busy, it takes a bit of patience, but if you're in a hurry for dinner, you might be better off staying home. The prices are very fair. It's always a pleasure to return.

06/07/2025: I was here for the summer, and this allowed me to dine outside in a welcoming and quiet environment. Simplicity was the key to the evening: simple menu, good pizza and fair value for money. The staff was friendly and professional. I recommend coming here when you want to organize "a dinner with friends", for which I highly recommend a reservation.

04/09/2025: A bar just steps from the station with outdoor seating, ideal for a lunch break, a snack, or breakfast. The lady who served me was very kind and helpful. The pizza slices were delicious, and the richly filled tramezzino was excellent.

03/08/2025: A place a little out of the way from Subbiano but worth the detour. The atmosphere is like a small village café but with tasty, local cuisine. We had a perfect time.

03/09/2025: The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, probably among the best I've ever tasted. The sushi is also excellent. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, ideal for a romantic dinner.

15/08/2025: Let's start with the positives: the restaurant is tastefully decorated. The fish quality is high. Moving on to the negatives: the service is inattentive, slow, and at times rude. I've been to this restaurant three times (some invited, some on my own) because I like sushi. However, despite the excellent fish, the rolls aren't good at all: they're large and fall apart between chopsticks, and the rice, in my opinion, is poorly flavored (and clashes with the filling). The real downside is that you spend a lot of money on dinner, which you then eat, and sitting outside, the chairs are uncomfortable! But above all, I ordered a plate of raw fish (LA CRUDITÀ) and only when I got home, looking at the menu again, did I realize THERE WERE NO OYSTERS. We weren't told, we were so caught up in our dinner that we didn't notice; they were NOT replaced, and the price (€50!) wasn't changed. A major dip in style, so for me, 1 star is already too much.

15/10/2025: Clean and welcoming rooms, but that's the only positive thing. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were greeted rather rudely... We also arrived very late at night, and we didn't feel like watching TV, but otherwise, the TV wasn't working.

14/10/2025: One of the most terrible experience in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and good but no hot water in the room, no kettle in the room, no water bottles or anything in the room. No hot water in the bathrooms. Location is also not great. Don’t recommend any one to come to this hotel

13/08/2025: We stayed at this property, nestled in the Arezzo countryside. A property with immense potential, but it felt a bit abandoned. The staff was extremely friendly, although insufficient in number to manage such a large facility. Let's just say it still has a lot of room for improvement.

22/09/2025: The best gelato in Arezzo The staff, however, is very rude and unfriendly. From "best of" to "I won't be going there again" in an instant.

22/09/2025: The ice cream maker was very rude: when we asked to see the size of the cups, she responded rudely and aggressively. A disappointing experience. When we left, she started bad-mouthing us to other customers. It's a shame, the ice cream is good, but unfortunately, politeness comes first for me.
