31/07/2025: The view is lovely, the place though is crowded and loud. Sadly it took forever till we could order and till our coffee arrived. Getting a slice of cake was near impossible because the staff seemed overwhelmed, so we left without dessert.

30/07/2025: Fantastically beautiful location, delicious food, one of the staff was a bit less friendly and the order was wrong, but we didn't charge extra. A great experience 👍

24/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A small place with great potential Dar Cama is a truly unique pizzeria, different from the usual: they only make pizzas (and stuffed focaccias), but they do them very well. The quality is excellent, the dough is very thin and light, the flavors are varied, and you can customize them a lot. The prices are more than fair, I'd say rare these days. It's a shame there aren't many people, because they definitely deserve more customers: if you love good pizza and want to spend less, this is the place to be! That said, I'd like to point out, in a constructive spirit, a few aspects that could improve the experience: – There's no menu; it's explained verbally. This might be convenient for some, but a menu, even a simple one, would help make a clearer choice. – The bathroom was poorly maintained: the light bulb didn't work, and there were no soap or paper towels. Small things, sure, but important for giving a good overall impression. I'll definitely be back, because the quality of the pizza is excellent, and I hope this place can continue to grow, thanks in part to customer feedback. Go Dar Cama!

22/04/2025: The pizza is superb, light, digestible, balanced.. it is an excellent mix of ingredients.. I can taste every flavour.. light, well-leavened dough. excellent cooking.. pleasant family environment.. I will gladly go back

19/07/2025: "Filippo": A long-established restaurant in Pietrasanta, another restaurant opened a few years ago in Forte dei Marmi, specifically in the Caranna area. They also serve pizza and simpler dishes, but always excellent and innovative, accompanied by truly professional service... Definitely worth a try! CdM

28/06/2025: We went to this restaurant because of the old menu – note: the menu no longer has anything to do with the 2024 version. The selection has been significantly reduced, and the style has changed. Instead of classic Italian dishes like pizza, you can now expect more upscale cuisine with a fish-focused menu and a smaller selection of pinsa and pasta. Those looking for a traditional trattoria with a typical menu might be disappointed. Nevertheless, positives: The food was very good quality. The staff was friendly and attentive.

24/04/2025: Locale familiare decisamente accogliente, camerieri disponibili e gentili, ma soprattutto simpatico il pizzaiolo-titolare, da cui oltreché la simpatia traspare anche una vera e propria passione per il suo mestiere. Pur essendoci un menù vasto se ne consiglia l’ottima pizza , rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono.

04/08/2025: Fuldstændig fantastisk mad! Noget af det bedste hjemmelavet pasta, vi har fået i Italien. Så skøn, afslappende stemning og fantastisk betjening. Selvom vi havde vores 1-årige med, var der plads og overskud til det. De havde desværre kun åbent til frokost i weekenden, ellers havde vi været der flere dage i ugen!

03/08/2025: The hotel is in a very central location, with a gorgeous terrace where you can have breakfast and relax on the sofas in the afternoon. The rooms are nice, and are a good place to sleep before heading out on excursions. The breakfast is truly comprehensive, both sweet and savory, and they also have a restaurant. Downstairs is their restaurant where you can eat well for little money. The waiter was a bit pushy... The hotel doesn't have parking; it's within walking distance from the square. Paid parking is available nearby.

14/05/2025: Absolutamente INCREÍBLE. Comida local fresca, menú creativo y los propietarios son los mejores. Acabamos de tomar un descanso de la autopista hacia Roma para el almuerzo y accidentalmente encontramos este tesoro.

17/09/2025: Even though the place was almost full, they managed to find a table for three within five minutes. The place is wonderful, and I recommend eating inside because the atmosphere is truly unique. The pici cacio e pepe, guanciale e menta (cheek bacon and mint) are truly remarkable, and of course, the wine is delicious. Service is fast, and the staff is kind, helpful, and downright friendly! Probably the best place I've eaten in Castiglione della Pescaia.

13/09/2025: Unfortunately, the room wasn't soundproofed at all. I could hear the neighbors' sneezing, the noises from the bathroom in the next room, the screeching elevators, but above all, I could hear the music that started at 7:00 AM and continued well past 11:00 PM. When a door in the next room was closed, the walls would vibrate. The room's only window was secured with a cord, but you couldn't see this from the photos online. The room only had blackout curtains, no blinds, so during the day I was forced to close the curtains and turn on the light to avoid being seen from the rooms across the way. The lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom needed updating. The kettle was plastic and stank when the water was at 100°C. I found black streaks on the wall. The kitchens on the basement floor smelled of sewage, so I couldn't use them. There were endless lines at check-in just to get the keys, because I didn't receive a single bit of information about the property and its amenities.

12/09/2025: This was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The app glitches, making it impossible to do laundry, and the clumsy automation is incredibly frustrating. The incomprehensible building layout makes navigating the building confusing, and the elevators are the noisiest, narrowest, and slowest I've ever seen. The noise level is high due to the large number of young students, making it highly unsuitable for anyone seeking relaxation. The pool is ridiculously small for its capacity, and the pool bar staff are generally unfriendly, which is a real turn-off.

02/09/2025: The café is very well located, with a perfectly designed indoor and outdoor space. My only complaint is that by 8:30 there are practically no breakfast options left. I don't consider what I've tried to be quality. The atmosphere is always very pleasant and it's a popular meeting point for aperitifs. Please serve the Aperol in a proper glass, not a full glass of ice.

25/07/2025: My husband and I went with high expectations, given how much it had been raved about. The appetizer was 9 mussels thrown into an old aluminum pan for show; the other appetizer had barely any fish, tasteless shrimp, and panzanella with 3 strips of squid. The fried fish was mediocre. The only good course was my calamari all'ortolana. Dessert wasn't homemade. A bottle of wine cost €22. Coffee. All for the modest sum of €120. Poor quality and paltry portions. In my opinion, you've lost all sense of proportion.

23/07/2025: The last time I was here was over 20 years ago. I have to say, everything was truly excellent and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. I must return more often from now on.

20/08/2025: Be careful, they charge 15% for service. They charged us 80 euros for four pizzas and four beers.

13/08/2025: A little off the beaten track from the entrance to San Gimignano (hence the restaurant's name), this is a pleasant and accessible little restaurant offering excellent value for money. It's basic, but good, and not overpriced, especially for families with children.

13/09/2025: Very good food, portions far too small for the price, excellent location. I gave the service one star because they kicked us out 40 minutes before the agreed-upon time because the 9 PM shift arrived early. And they shouldn't have waited, I spent €80! Come on, it's not allowed.

11/09/2025: Very good place with a beautiful view. Neapolitan food and pizza. It's not easy to find montanare and fried pizza on Elba. Very good.
