05/06/2025: Recientemente pasamos 3 días en Fattorio Poggio Alloro y fue nuestro favorito 3 días de nuestro viaje de 2 semanas! La gente es maravillosa allí, la comida era excepcional y las vistas eran espectaculares. Cerca de San Gimgnano, así que mucho que hacer. Nos encantó la sensación relajada del lugar y el hermoso campo. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

05/06/2025: Estando en Toscana desea probar el vino Chianti. Sí, lo tengo y mucho más. Hemos paseado junto a los viñedos y olivos, hemos saltado a los establos y hemos aprendido dónde y cómo se crea el vino. Todo el grupo de nosotros tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo de cata de vinos, disfrutando de maridaje de vino con productos locales. La cena se basó en la granja local y la comida de temporada y hemos aplaudido. Una señora que estaba celebrando su cumpleaños el mismo día tuvo la oportunidad de beber vino de la copa muy especial. Quedamos fascinados con el paisaje, la comida de gran calidad y el vino de Dios y sobre todo apreciamos el amor y el cuidado de la familia y todo el equipo. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile: Mattia, il nostro cameriere, è stato attentissimo per tutta la sera, è bello vedere tanta passione e gentilezza in ragazzi così giovani. I prezzi sono più che onesti e la qualità del cibo è ottima. Bravi tutti!

Since then, we've tried several dishes: baked fish with potatoes, salt-baked fish, cockerel al mattone, and a special (Livorno-style cod) that can be ordered the day before. All dishes are expertly prepared with expertise and skill. Excellent value for money.

02/04/2025: I had dinner on a Friday night with my boyfriend, and the waiter who looked after us, Carlo, was very kind, attentive, and willing to stay and explain more! The dishes were all delicious and carefully prepared. We tried the seven-course experience, which for a first time was filling and satisfying. It was both a fun and satisfying dinner. The idea of ​​leaving a puzzle at the table to solve while you eat was also a nice touch.
