My boyfriend and I went to Insolita Trattoria on Saturday evening and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and helpful, as well as enthusiastic in explaining the dishes. We also appreciated the little jokes that made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The food was really good: definitely worth a visit!

One of the most unique dining experiences in Florence.
Insolita is much more than a restaurant—it’s a true culinary experience. Every dish is presented with incredible creativity, and each course brings an element of surprise. What impressed us most was that the food was just as extraordinary as the presentation. Every single dish was exceptional.
The waitstaff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
A true gem in Florence and one of the most memorable restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Dinner was a 10-point meal, with no hesitation. The dishes were very well-prepared, the staff attentive and professional, and the pairings excellent.
But the bill plus tips is unacceptable. It's truly ugly and tasteless because it's unclear whether it's a tip or a price increase...
It's a shame because it had been a nice surprise.
