La Panetteria Trinca In Palermo

I ordered bread for the first time and I have to say it was truly excellent. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the service. The counter assistant, a middle-aged woman, was truly rude and arrogant. I had ordered five loaves and mistakenly told the younger counter assistant that it was three. The older woman told her, "He ordered five." I was apologizing for the careless mistake, and she continued, "Don't listen to him." Is that how you treat a customer? You risk losing customers; from what I've read, many have complained in the past.
