13/09/2024: Onderdeel van onze huwelijksreis Fly-Drive met TUI. Hotel omringd door antikraak panden en leegstand. Hotel zelf ziet er gedateerd maar prima uit. Heeft een likje verf nodig en wat klusjesmannen. Kamer zelf recenter vernieuwd en prima (3e etage). De buurt is echter vreselijk. Uit het centrum gelegen, sloppenwijk mag men het gerust noemen. Afrikanen die je huurauto proberen te car-jacken door je ergens te lokken voor het parkeren (dat richting de binnenstad onmogelijk lijkt te zijn) Ik zou dit absoluut niet aanbevelen. Krijgt zo een vertroebelde mening over Palermo

Abbiamo preso qualcosa da mangiare e da bere; nonostante non fosse inserito nel menù ho richiesto un milkshake con latte di soia e senza opporre alcun problema mi è stato preparato ed era veramente buonissimo. Ha superato le mie aspettative in tutto, location, personale e qualità dei prodotti veramente ottima

20/07/2025: I want to express my surprise and satisfaction with this Forno, which I tried last night for the first time while my husband and I were looking for something still open for bread. We purchased a sourdough loaf and a large sfoglina (large) for two to try. I should start by saying that I've been gluten intolerant for years, so after a long period of gluten detoxification, I now eat it occasionally, and without excess, but I still usually experience discomfort after ingesting it. I can say that this time I encountered absolutely no problems, and I confirm that, right from the tasting, I told my husband that the products were very well made, and that the bread immediately seemed to me to be of an extraordinary level, both technically and in taste. In support of this, today I found online the mention and recognition for this bakery by Gambero Rosso, and my assessments were therefore more than confirmed. Last but not least, I noticed an excellent level of cleanliness, professionalism on the part of the employee, and exquisiteness of the owner. See you very soon and I hope, who knows, you can also open in Carini to be closer. Congratulations again and thank you.
