19/05/2026: We dined at this trattoria during our trip to Sicily and were truly delighted. We sampled several traditional Sicilian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with authentic flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the value for money was excellent: we ate very well and paid a fair price. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Sicilian cuisine!
18/05/2026: My wife and I had dinner here to conclude our week in Sicily. Highly recommended. The spicy mussels were divine, the pasta superb, the Etna wine perfect, and the service very attentive and friendly. Reservations are essential, as it's always very busy! A top spot in Catania.

06/03/2026: We visited this venue for our wedding and it was love at first sight. A truly enchanting place, with a romantic, fairytale atmosphere reminiscent of beautiful Italian farmhouses. The outdoor space is also stunning and perfect for celebrating moments filled with love.
In person, it's even more beautiful than we imagined: our expectations are exceeded as soon as we enter. We had no hesitation in choosing this venue. We can't wait to celebrate our special day here.

08/05/2026: Trattoria-style food, but well-cooked and very tasty. Service is still trattoria-style, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is small, so it's a bit noisy, but bearable. Overall, a positive experience. We'll definitely return.

One thing I didn't like was the obvious fact that the price included service, and I don't see the need for extra service. The waiter looked at his wallet, grimaced, and carelessly threw it away. This kind of emotional expression is unprofessional.
07/05/2026: La Luna was an excellent place for lunch with a beautiful seaside atmosphere and great service from start to finish. The seafood was very fresh, the pasta dishes were full of flavour, and everything felt authentically Sicilian without being overly touristy. Sitting near the water made the experience even better, especially in the evening. A great spot to enjoy good food, wine, and the relaxed atmosphere of Aci Castello.

The seafood is excellent, incredibly fresh, and cooked according to Catania's seafood tradition: from appetizers to seafood entrees, the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable. The only downside is the side dishes, which definitely need improvement: the grilled vegetables only featured eggplant, and the salad was very simple. The restaurant is rustic and authentic, in the heart of Catania, with friendly, welcoming service.

She was brilliant, courteous, and professional in organizing every detail of the birthday party. Finally, let's talk about the maître d', Filippo, a friendly, professional, and elegant person. He expertly managed the event, NEVER leaving anything missing for the guests, who were all satisfied (including the quality of the food). So, thank you so much for everything!

23/05/2026: I am so happy with the ceramics that I purchased from Il Rustico Ceramiche! I loved their website and was able to find every thing I wanted for my kitchen backsplash project. I contacted them by email and Nicolo responded and was so helpful. Once the items were shipped, they arrived in a week! They were packaged with care and none were damaged. I now have a piece of Sicily in my kitchen!

16/02/2026: In Acireale, I tasted truly exceptional arancini: perfectly golden, crispy breading, and a rich, creamy filling that exudes all the flavor of true Sicilian tradition.
You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in frying them, which is dry and flawless. Kudos to the chef and owner, who with passion and great professionalism transforms a classic Sicilian dish into a true masterpiece.

04/06/2026: In the heart of Catania you will find this fantastic place. We got cous-cous with mixed seafood and mixed fried seafood, both delicious authentic Sicilian food in excellent quality and very good price.
03/06/2026: As part of a food and city tour, we visited this restaurant on our first day in Catania.
We were allowed to sit inside. It was nicely air-conditioned. We tried both the mixed seafood and the fried vegetables. The batter was thin and the filling was tender. We especially enjoyed the vegetable strips and shrimp. However, due to the preparation method, you can't eat much of it.
The restaurant is very popular and busy. We visited it again a few days later in the evening. Unfortunately, the octopus salad tasted too lemony for my taste, although that's typical for the region.

Service is average, with variable wait times on weekends. Prices are in line with the type of service. Suitable for a casual aperitif, although the atmosphere can be a bit noisy at times.
