01/06/2025: Chevere sushi & poke is a very good restaurant I have never eaten such sushi before. A restaurant like this with sushi like this I suspected would be in Catania or a big city like Palermo, Naples, Rome, Milan etc. which is actually in a smaller city that is not known by everyone. The tempura shrimps are very tasty especially with that sauce as well as the sushi
It was very good especially the wagyu butter cream, mango tango or viagra which all of these were served very quickly maximum 15 minutes

04/07/2025: I couldn't take pictures because the dishes were too inviting and I ate them right away😅
Yesterday, on the advice of TheFork, I tried sushi in this restaurant in Acese (even the pizza looked very good, next time I'll take that).
I "celebrated" my 4 months of marriage and I really enjoyed myself with the owner and the staff, super kind, to start they brought us a really good prosecco (opera).
The raw sushi was delicious, there were a lot of people but we still had the right space between the tables and we could talk peacefully without any disturbances.
Thanks for the pleasant evening, the location of the restaurant facing Piazza Duomo reminds me of my origins in Acese, really nice place.
28/06/2025: The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere. The service is courteous, the food is simply exceptional. Dishes with attention to detail, balanced flavors and high-quality raw materials. A gastronomic experience that leaves its mark. I will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: Today I and 3 of my friends went to eat at this place. We sat down at 1pm and immediately started ordering. The problem is that the dishes arrived after a long time and the waiter came to tell us that we had not ordered and that we had to reorder, so we did but the dishes had still not arrived after a long time. In the end, only a quarter of what we ordered arrived. Really dissatisfied
28/04/2025: I was here for lunch with the All you can eat formula: excellent! Fresh and tasty food. Very good rice. Very fast service and beautiful environment. Absolutely recommended

14/06/2025: One of the most famous sushi places in Catania and its province. Convenient location in the center, parking is quite difficult. Excellent drinks, especially their line of pesto. Great quality sushi, excellent use of truffle on carpaccio and nigiri. A must-try for sushi lovers

I have been going there for the past 2 years and have never had any bad surprises.
The food is well made and of good quality.
The sushi is really rich and abundant.
The pizzas have a very well aerated and honeycombed dough with the "edge" cooked just right and are rightly rich in toppings. To say that they melt in your mouth is not an exaggeration.
Last but not least, the service is really efficient, attentive to the needs of the customer and fast.

19/06/2025: Leaving aside the failure to deliver a maki, after spending 150 euros I find myself receiving a hot product that does not respect the "cold chain" (which is not appropriate for a delicate dish like sushi). As you can see from the photos, the fish looks ugly, has a dubious consistency - an appearance that makes you think of a spoiled product - and above all has a highly unpleasant flavor. I hope it was an unfortunate exception, but I doubt it. PS: The delicacy in the delivery is remarkable: the soy sauce was inside a plastic cup covered with transparent film and the entire order was served in two makeshift plastic bags.

It seemed like a horror movie to me.
I glimpsed the first little animal convinced that my companion had removed it but alas by moving the table more came out, plus a cockroach that was walking around.
I'm sorry for this review of mine but try to disinfect and clean a little more thoroughly
It's not hygienic at all
I hope that inside where the food is prepared it's cleaner.
