13/01/2024: My experience is with delivery: I called at 7.05pm to find out if it was possible to order two pizzas, a small beer and receive them by 9.30pm, he replied yes and reserved a 10 minute delay because he told me that there was Maria de Filippi on 5 and therefore they are full of orders... ok! Confident in his sincerity, we agree on a possible delay....at 10.02pm I call back, a young lady answers me, kind, but unaware of the order, she definitely asks the person who took the order because he couldn't find it either, I understand from the their conversation that the order had not even been considered, but they tell us that it is being prepared, I ask how much time it might take, he replies that it takes at least 15 minutes, ok, fine.... I receive a phone call at around 10.40pm where the runner asks me where 11/a was (so he didn't even get the address very well initially), the pizzas arrive at around 10.45pm, cold, without beer (which I was told on the landing of the lack) so my optimism was hanging on the pizza sample on the quality that is there but in my opinion it doesn't justify the price of the pizzas.
