14/06/2026: We had an amazing stay, and dinner at Shalai. We upgraded to the Junior Suite with terrace, and the room was really perfect. The ceiling just wow! The staff all really helpful and friendly. And for dinner we had the “Leggende di Terre” (meat tasting menu) with wine pairing which was fabulous & a really amazing experience.

10/06/2026: Superb hotel. Really lovely, historic, and comfortable. The reception staff were very attentive and spoke French. Good breakfast with a varied menu. Pretty white tablecloths. Refined dinner available on site.

11/04/2026: This afternoon, we were passing through Linguaglossa. Seeing the many positive reviews, we decided to stop by Bar Le Palme for some takeout. They didn't disappoint; everything was delicious, especially the arancini. Iris was spectacular. The staff was also very friendly and the place was spotless. We'll definitely be back.

05/06/2026: We celebrated and renewed our 25th wedding vows. What can I say? The location was fabulous! We were immersed in nature and enjoyed the small chapel on the property. Valeria and all the staff were welcoming and very kind to us and our guests. They made us feel at home and pampered us, meeting our every need. 26/04/2026: We chose to dine here during an overnight stay in the area, and it couldn't have been a better choice. It's a small, very well-kept restaurant, with extremely helpful staff, including the waitress who was very friendly and engaging. The selection of local wines is truly interesting, with the owner guiding you through the selection based on your dishes. We tried the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all truly excellent, made with local ingredients. Fair prices.
