Pinsé sicilian street food In Caltagirone

Title: Spectacular! Top-notch food, top-notch staff... and a special request for the owner! There's really nothing negative to say, just tons of compliments! This place gets top marks in Caltagirone. The arancini are simply spectacular: crispy, dry, beautifully seasoned, and not at all greasy. The pinzas are also excellent, and to top it off, the dessert was truly delicious. The staff is truly amazing: fantastic, cheerful, welcoming, and super professional. I don't just recommend it... I'm telling you: go there with your eyes closed! P.S. Message to the owner: The little Caltagirone ceramic ashtrays you place at the tables are gorgeous, I loved them so much! Next time I come back, I'd kindly ask you to give me one of the small ones... preferably in blue, which is my favorite! 😉

A very welcoming place, offering simple cuisine made with excellent ingredients, truly "homemade" and expertly prepared. Perfect service and a wonderful welcome. Excellent value for money for a great time in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Enjoying a delicious meal with friends, as a couple, or with colleagues is possible thanks to the outdoor terrace, with small and large tables waiting for you ;)

Absolutely fantastic. Beautifully situated and cozy. If I had to find fault, it would be with the amount of plastic and the lack of proper plates. But the food and service were excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our trip to Sicily, we stopped at Pinsè – Traditional Street Food in Caltagirone, and it was a wonderful discovery! So far, they are without a doubt the best arancini we've eaten in all of Sicily 😍 Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with so many different varieties, and all truly delicious. My kids loved them too, and we all truly enjoyed a moment of pure pleasure 😋 Highly recommended: a must-try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is simply phenomenal: the food is out of this world, you can tell everything is homemade and high-quality, especially the arancini. The staff is super helpful and friendly; they even recommended options that suited my tastes. The prices are fair, especially for the arancini. The location is a bit unique, not the best, but I think it makes the atmosphere even more cozy and homey. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
