24/04/2026: We were on a road trip in Sicily and had dinner here. We had the best pizza of our entire vacation! We highly recommend this restaurant, whether you're craving pizza or a classic Italian meal with pasta and meat or fish. The service was very friendly, and you can speak Italian or English. We were even treated to a complimentary limoncello at the end. The restaurant is located right on the beach. Parking is easy and plentiful, and the location is perfect for a stroll along the shore.

04/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Giardino di Pietra, and the experience was incredible, a true tribute to the most authentic Sicily. The restaurant, nestled within the evocative historic residence of Castello San Marco, is an architectural gem: elegant, refined, and perfectly in harmony with its surrounding historical context. The atmosphere is unique, transporting you on a journey through history, culture, and tradition. The cuisine is top-notch and represents the true essence of Sicily. The ingredients, strictly locally sourced and sourced directly from the castle's garden, are expertly enhanced by the chef, who flawlessly combines tradition and modernity. Each dish reflects the region, carefully following seasonality and showcasing authentic and genuine flavors. We greatly appreciated the courtesy, professionalism, and elegance of Mario and the entire dining room staff, who were always attentive and present without being intrusive. Service worthy of such a prestigious setting. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection ranging from Sicilian excellence to national and international labels. An experience that to call excellent is an understatement: everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the cuisine to the service, in a perfect balance that celebrates Sicily, its products, and its extraordinary gastronomic tradition. 29/05/2026: We came down from Germany to visit a dear friend in Calatabiano, and on the first night, he took us to Maria's for pizza. Aside from the fact that Signora Maria should be a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it was the only pizza I've ever had that didn't give me stomach problems. I recommend the Norma pizza with eggplant and baked ricotta. On the last night, I suggested Maria come to Germany to open a Sicilian restaurant together. I highly recommend it.
