I ordered some small pastries that morning, which I'd eaten for lunch, but they were already soggy. Parking is difficult, and the service is slow and chaotic.

Friendly and fast service.
We always order the chips with their skins, accompanied by various sauces, and the house BIF sandwich.
30/05/2026: I ordered the ribeye steak. Personally, I prefer a well-marbled, fattier ribeye, and this one was leaner than I expected. If you're looking for a rich, fatty steak, this may not be the best choice for you.
That said, the overall experience was pleasant. The waiter, Ibrahim, was very friendly, the service was good, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there and had a nice dining experience overall.

The more I've tried them as I've grown, the more I appreciate the restaurant's qualities. Not just for the food, which shows great attention to detail, but also for the human relationships they establish with their customers (I've noticed this even with others, not necessarily regulars, as well as myself). The ingredients are excellent, and the service is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, from classics to more unusual options. The portions are generous, and the value is excellent.
The staff is friendly, fast, and always smiling, and the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for both an evening with friends and a casual family dinner.
I will definitely be back to try more sandwiches! Highly recommended! 🍔🥪
20/12/2025: It's like coming home. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and of excellent quality, carefully and authentically prepared by the chef, who serves generous portions, all topped off with a complimentary liqueur on the house! 5 stars plus!

17/05/2026: A wonderful location—5 minutes from the Dome Cathedral, next to Theater Square. The restaurant has a cozy courtyard and home-style cuisine! Antipasti, pasta, grilled fish platter, and swordfish are just a few of the dishes we sampled during our two visits. We highly recommend it and thank the staff for their excellent service! It's best to book in advance.

18/05/2026: First time at Fab. Nice place and friendly staff, but unfortunately, a disappointing experience.
The beef burger arrived completely charred on both sides, accompanied by a decent side of sautéed vegetables.
When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was "normal," due to the oil on the grill. I understand that can happen when the grill is dirty or has charred residue, but this shouldn't compromise the quality of the dish or be considered acceptable.
It's a shame, because the place also offers some good dishes that I had the opportunity to try and regretted not ordering.
On a positive note: the glass of Etna red was very good.
16/05/2026: The burger had no right to taste that good. Really good, different and a punch full of flavours and textures. Kinda weird to be in Italy and have a burguer but trust the process. The burger is called "Porcino". Wife had a pizza and it was pretty good as well. If possible go when there's live music.
