04/04/2026: I absolutely loved stumbling Across this place , wonderful little bar in Nicolosi only 20 minutes from Mount Aetna it literally has such a huge variety of wines, tequilas and different hard liquors. They have finger foods and the ambience is absolutely adorable. Would definitely return here!!!!

03/04/2026: Great discovery! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited DL Food and Drink and were impressed. The food is truly excellent, but the real highlight is the burgers: simply perfect, with quality meat and just the right consistency. The service also deserves a mention: attentive, fast, and extremely friendly staff. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

31/05/2026: Sparkling water requested and served straight... 1 pizza missing the requested supplements... and without salt.... out of 4 pizzas: 3 burned, 1 raw.... no POS and no banknotes for the rest... Shame about the location... with a little attention and more careful management it could be a nice place...

24/05/2026: We arrived at 7:45 and there weren’t any people, so we weren’t sure if it was open, but it was. We weren’t sure immediately welcomed by a server and the chef and were informed, that paying by card wasn’t available at the moment, which for us wasn’t a problem. The place was huge and you can also sit outside, but we chose not to. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were speaking a little bit of Italian, which they understood and when we didn’t know what do say English was fine. The food was very good and I can especially recommend the rosemary potato’s they were excellent. Tho only thing, that, not for us, but could be an issue was, that the menu was only in Italian.

06/05/2026: Recommended by my cousin, I went for dinner with the kids. A very quaint place. Excellent meat and pizza, good service, generous portions, and fair prices. We spent time chatting with the owner (I think), who was very kind and helpful. I went two nights in a row (why change if you're happy with it) and in the end, the real question is: would I go back? Absolutely.

27/04/2026: We were welcomed even though the place was very full with great courtesy, we ordered some bruschetta that was nothing short of exquisite and not to mention the pizza, truly excellent in everything from the dough to the toppings. Characteristic Sicilian-style atmosphere, I was truly satisfied, I will return again.

27/06/2026: Disorganized service, endless waits, and disappointing customer service. I booked a table for seven at 8:30 PM, specifically requesting an outside seating area. Upon our arrival, we were seated (the place was understandably busy). The problems began immediately when we ordered: there was only one waiter in the entire room taking orders, a decidedly inadequate management decision for a Saturday night. The truly disappointing part was the wait: the pizzas arrived a full hour and a half late, at 10:40 PM to be precise. During the wait, we repeatedly called the staff's attention, and the response was that the pizzeria had "mixed up the orders." To make matters worse, after all this waiting, two of the pizzas we ordered ended up directly burned in the oven. The highlight of the evening, however, was at the cash register. When I reported the incident and the serious delay to the owner, instead of apologizing, he rudely argued that such a delay was unacceptable, as he was relying on the time the order was entered into the system (obviously completely ignoring the time the dishes were actually served). This attitude of complete closure and denial left me truly astonished. There will definitely be no next time. I strongly advise management to pay much more attention to their customers and learn to handle criticism with more humility and professionalism.

07/06/2026: It was a wonderful experience, both in terms of the atmosphere, the staff's expertise in recommending and explaining the types of meat, and on a human level. We felt truly pampered. We were coming from Palermo and we're convinced that Nicolosi is fortunate to have such a place. We'll definitely be back. Everything was excellent and taken care of down to the smallest detail. We were very satisfied.

The meat, of the highest quality, was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff stood out for their professionalism, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail, making the experience even more enjoyable. A well-kept and welcoming place, ideal for those who love to eat well and feel pampered. Highly recommended!

14/06/2026: First time at this pizzeria... we were looking for a gluten-free pizzeria so we booked, nice atmosphere, friendly and very knowledgeable staff about celiac disease and intolerances in general. The gluten-free pizza was delicious. We had vegan cheese (rice) added. The pizza with kamut and grain dough was also good, the roast was amazing. We will definitely be back. The wait times for the dishes are a bit long.

08/06/2026: I've always eaten pizza at the restaurant and have always been satisfied because the pizzas are really good (we usually have aperitifs). Today, for the first time, I ordered them from home and they arrived on time, piping hot and delicious, just like at the restaurant. Congratulations 😉. See you next time.

07/06/2026: We ordered pizzas, but after waiting over two and a half hours, they still hadn't been delivered. When we contacted the restaurant, we were told that the order had been lost. The pizzas eventually arrived, but we weren't asked to reconfirm the order. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but we would have appreciated more timely communication and greater care in managing the situation. Overall, the experience didn't live up to expectations.

Tonight, on the recommendation of friends, I went to this place with my dad and I have to say I really enjoyed it... welcoming, well-maintained, clean, and with a family atmosphere... the pizza was truly excellent, among the best I've ever had, crispy dough, top-quality ingredients. The service was also quick and very attentive and helpful... ample parking... I will definitely return to this place because I was super satisfied... also, a truly unique gem was the wonderful scent of night-blooming jasmine that makes everything even more pleasant... even the entire garden area was cared for down to the smallest detail... My heartfelt compliments for everything 😊

05/07/2026: After the ATV experience, we wanted to get something to eat, but everything here is very expensive. We needed to have something after the ATV, but due to Mount Etna being a tourist attraction, prices in this area are generally quite high. Still, it was a good experience.
