03/05/2026: Dishonest experience. Recommended checking your order and the receipt before paying. Some friends and I realized we'd eaten a dish we hadn't ordered, but only after paying the bill. The staff didn't inform us they'd given us an extra dish, and after pointing it out, they told us it was our mistake because we'd eaten it, not theirs for serving it. I believe good service is, above all, honest. Mistakes can happen, but communicating them can prevent customer dissatisfaction. If the customer is truly at the center of the service, then it's a good idea. If we'd been told before paying or during the meal that we'd been given an extra dish by mistake, I wouldn't have felt it was a problem to pay for it. But denying, hiding the mistake, and accusing a customer when they ask for clarification is a bit strange. I would also advise the restaurant staff to inform customers in such situations. Inconvenient allergies and intolerances could arise, and that would go far beyond the "I didn't order this dish, why should I pay for it?" argument. We paid, but we won't be returning. We hope you take customer reviews seriously and improve the service. PS: Poor service aside, I don't recommend the sushi here. It's a fusion that covers the flavor of the fish. For Sicily, I expect fresher, more flavorful fish.

26/04/2026: A typical Sicilian kiosk and bar, where the locals enjoy having an espresso or a refreshing drink and catching up for a while. The bartender is very friendly and attentive. There is an extensive selection of coffee, drinks, and sweets. Naturally, the espresso is brewed excellently, just strong enough and with a beautiful layer of foam. A lovely spot to refresh yourself and chat. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the local atmosphere!

08/05/2026: INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! We ate on the all-you-can-eat menu and were truly delighted and surprised by this pizzeria. Delicious pizzas, light dough, and top-quality ingredients! We also tried the low-carb dough, which literally amazed us! Very good and, above all, with incredible nutritional values! The staff was phenomenal: friendly, helpful, and attentive, ready to accommodate our every request. We'll definitely be back soon!! Thanks guys!! ♥️♥️ Ps. 08/04/2026: A surprise visit the day after Easter Monday. Very pleasant surprise. A very friendly welcome, excellent pizza, and a very generous and tasty salad.

12/06/2026: Honestly not worth it, had way better meals in restaurants spending 1/10 from the prices in here, i went with high expectations but the flavors were bland at best, the staff was pretty nice but the food was nothing special, for 450 euros for 2 people wouldn’t recommend it at all

29/05/2026: Palermo's only Michelin-starred restaurant. I always make a point of visiting a Michelin-starred restaurant during my travels, so I made a reservation in advance to visit during my trip to Sicily as well. To start with the conclusion, I am not sure if it was worth the 200 euros per person price tag. While there were experimental and creative menu items, the flavors of the food were generally not very pleasant. The service and atmosphere were befitting of fine dining, but the English descriptions of the dishes were generally difficult to understand. If asked if I would visit again, the answer is no. There are plenty of alternatives where you can dine for 400 euros for two people, including tip.

15/04/2026: Really good coffee and delicious croissants. The service is efficient and the prices are reasonable. They have a sunny outdoor patio and a really cozy and bright indoor area.

05/05/2026: This is not really a Palazzo anymore, but a museum instead. Upon walking in, the lady at the desk was very kind and told me the next tour was in 45 minutes. I came back only to be led around by a "guide" who was a young woman who clearly hated her job. You are able to scan a QR code to bring up an audio guide on your phone, (they had English & Italian, not sure if any other languages) & listen to a minute or so about each room. The kind lady initially said the audio guide would supplement what the tour guide had to say. My tour guide said absolutely nothing about the museum or artifacts, just did some glaring at our small group & prompting to head to the next room. The museum has a very nice collection, but unfortunately I had a very awful "guide".

09/05/2026: I went to Quid and it was a great experience. I had a nicely topped pizza with quality ingredients. It was an experience I would repeat. TOP staff.

08/05/2026: Nice location, the staff were very uptight. Stuck it out and ordered mains. Food was nice, I had tagliatelle negros with shrimp. Nice and tasty. Waitress was Very unpleasant, spoiled the experience. Quickly settled the bill and looked for friendlier pastures.

05/05/2026: The pizzoli are excellent, both sweet and savory, and the pizza is excellent with well-leavened dough.

13/04/2026: A disappointing experience. I (alas) tried a "gourmet" option with porchetta, provola, aged cheese flakes, and wasabi mayonnaise, trusting in the pizza chef's good taste: a huge mistake. The sauce was so strong and unbalanced that it made everything rise to the nose, obliterating every other flavor. But even worse is the value for money: paying 17 euros for a pizzolo where the topping is an invisible "veil" of porchetta and cheese is excessive. For practically the same price, you can eat three Margherita pizzas and truly feel full, instead of chewing on dry bread and spicy sauce. Pizzolo was born as a rich and popular dish; to pass it off as gourmet only in price, while eliminating the substance, makes no sense. A waste of money and a ruined palate. Never again.

03/01/2026: So, I took a coccolo for 40 cents which, as far as quality/price is concerned, is muy caliente, the coccolo was very good, shame about the excessive salt, however the place to eat is very convenient.

03/05/2026: A small place with plenty of options, including gluten-free options. They have brioche, focaccia, and mini pizzas. A great option for a gluten-free breakfast on the go.
