Friendly and knowledgeable staff Excellent pizza (made with kamut flour) The only negative was the wait, which was a bit long, but it was Saturday night, so I imagine too many orders at once. Overall positive ☺️

First time at this pizzeria... we were looking for a gluten-free pizzeria so we booked, nice atmosphere, friendly and very knowledgeable staff about celiac disease and intolerances in general. The gluten-free pizza was delicious. We had vegan cheese (rice) added. The pizza with kamut and grain dough was also good, the roast was amazing. We will definitely be back. The wait times for the dishes are a bit long.

Visited at the weekend. It seems very busy so it becomes noisy and chaotic, but the food is good and the staff are attentive and quick in their service.

We went on a Saturday without a reservation and they found us a table for two, served without too much of a wait despite the full dining room. Good food, delicious gluten-free calzone, two gluten-free beer options. Perfect. Gluten-free pizza, very good.

Truly a great place!!! Excellent products, etc.; the only flaw, as mentioned, is the wait time. I'm reluctant to point out that we were seated at 9:00 PM and were left waiting for our dishes for about two hours, if not longer. I'm not criticizing the place or the service, but I do urge you to pay more attention to these things. Especially when you've been waiting two hours for your dish, and the people who arrive after you and order after you eat first.

29/07/2026: I gave 5 stars to this restaurant as it was joyful dining experience. It’s the first time to visit Sicily and did not know how to speak Italian. The owner and waiter were very nice and helpful. Is willing to talk to us via google translator. Their warm welcoming is much appreciated. It was surprise to us as there is no menu. Everyone seemed knowledgeable what they will eat for meal. We simply followed what is offered, turned out to be surprisingly good local Sicily seafood. There are more than 13 dishes for a meal, a drink is offered at the end. Such a lovely time here with my hubby and children. Highly recommended!

28/04/2026: Tried it tonight for the first time, based on the (good) reviews, and I have to say we were very pleased. We had the aperipinsa with an Aperol Spritz and two beers. Everything was delicious: hot dishes, fresh cured meats and cheeses, and above all, the young man and woman who served us were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend it, well done 👏🏻
07/04/2026: I celebrated my birthday and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We had the €12 aperitif pizza and everyone was satisfied. I don't have any photos because everyone devoured it right away. The waiters were very courteous and helpful, the only downside was the ambiance. We took up the entire gazebo outside, but there was a slightly awkward central pole with a platform that couldn't be ignored. We had to walk around half the room to find a spot to take photos with the cake. Other than that, the place is nice and they listened to all my requests. I enjoyed the food and will definitely be back.
