23/11/2025: So this is a home kitchen, we stopped here on our way back from Cavagrande and I am so happy we did. It was after 7pm, so we were the only ones and their 4 super friendly dogs ❤️ some selection of pasta, Sicilian foods and fishes, the old guy - probably the owner who lives there - was super kind. There are pigs in the garden, local gatto, a wonderful experience to close our wonderful day. I had tagliatelle with ragu and my girlfriend gnocchi with mushroom, they were both delicious and heartwarming like from home.

18/11/2025: Tried it for lunch today for the first time. The guys are super nice, the ravioli are spectacular, I could have eaten another plate. We'll definitely be back!!

22/10/2025: We were disappointed. The portions were small. One of the pasta dishes was not really cooked. We had to pay 3 Euro coperto per person, also for the children. The fish and seafood were very fresh. The service were friendly but could not guide us to a good wine in english. The location of this restaurant is of course very good, right in the city centre.

31/10/2025: Delicious arancini with excellent crunchy breading, and a variety of flavors to choose from. We tried pistachio, potato, speck, smoked provola, and ragù. Overall, they're good, but the fillings are a bit bland and the flavors aren't quite there. I've had much better arancini around Sicily. The staff are friendly, and you can sit at a table. Prices are average.

24/11/2025: The menu was very varied, including the wine list. The dishes we chose were both pleasing in presentation and taste. For four of us, including an excellent bottle of wine, we spent €170. The owner was extremely kind and very precise in her recommendations. We felt pampered. We will definitely be back.

22/11/2025: I don't usually leave reviews unless it's truly worth it. This is the case with Osteria Siciliando. We were greeted with extreme warmth, and were shown the menu and off-menu options (a good variety of meat, fish, and vegetarian options, depending on seasonal availability). We chose the tonnara platter as an appetizer, consisting of various types of tuna and bottarga cured meats, exquisite and very unique. The fish-based first courses were equally delicious: spaghetti with octopus ragù and calamarata with grouper, shrimp, and eggplant; generous portions and high-quality ingredients (the amount of fish and seafood in the pasta was also generous, unlike many other restaurants). For the main course, we chose stuffed squid in squid ink, accompanied by a glass of dry Gibelè zibibbo, all for about €45 per person. It's definitely one of the best restaurants I've recently tried, given the excellent combinations and quality of the ingredients, as well as the preparation and kindness of the staff.

20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

08/10/2025: Looked great from the outside and from other people’s reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Probably ate the worst Carbonara ever, looked like pasta with scrambled eggs. Although I believe they have great dishes aside from the carbonara what actually contribute to this 1 star review was the service. As rude as you can get when serving a customer.

02/12/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Paradise and I couldn't be happier with choosing them to celebrate the most important day of my life. Excellent food, friendly staff, and Sergio, the owner, was always available and active in my planning. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to celebrate an important event with class and professionalism. 5 stars

04/11/2025: We were there yesterday. The owner was very friendly and the food was fantastic. It's a very family-oriented and child-friendly place, and we even managed a short conversation despite the language barrier. We would have loved to come back after speaking with the owner yesterday to see if they were open today. Unfortunately, he wasn't there, and the employee on site informed us that they were now closed (this was at 8:25 pm – the sign on the door says open until 11:00 pm). The employee also said they would be open again tomorrow – even though the sign says "Closed Wednesdays." All in all, very disappointing – so despite our extended stay in the city, we probably won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the food was very good.
