30/10/2025: This restaurant is only penalized for its location, but it's worth traveling a few kilometers from Trapani to try the excellent mixed grill at Casetta di Buseto Palizzolo. Family-run, welcoming atmosphere, and convenient parking. I highly recommend it!

14/10/2025: Nothing special, everything from the food to the service, I was told, and not just from the reviews, but I repeat, nothing special. It's not worth traveling 50 km to get there.

27/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was both relaxing and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The food selection offered something for every palate, and each dish we tried was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly crafted with care. The visual appeal of the plates matched the remarkable taste. We had the cod meatballs and broccoli stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle honey as our starters. Our mains were the Marsala beef stew and the low temperature cooked cod. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The host even took the time to pick up my husband’s coat that had fallen off his chair - twice. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

27/11/2025: I highly recommend Triscele, from the service to the ambiance. The food is top-notch, everything is meticulously prepared, and the service is incredibly attentive. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They are incredibly detail-oriented. And please, try the Roche Bianco dessert—it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're visiting Cefalù and want to try some great Sicilian food.

19/10/2025: Walked up without booking for Sunday lunch 6 adults 4 children. Went out of their way set up some tables outside. Lovely food at very reasonable place. Family run including the 11 year old Francesco who was the consummate waiter.

The real highlight, however, is the owner: kind, welcoming, and always ready to make you feel at home. He knows how to pamper his customers with passion and attention, making every visit a special experience. We'll definitely be back!

24/10/2025: A centrally located restaurant with a refined atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, always friendly without being intrusive. The food is truly excellent: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The only small flaw is the menu, which remains relatively unchanged over time and offers limited choices, especially when it comes to desserts. It would be nice to see something new every now and then.

25/11/2025: We had a wonderful night dining here. The restaurant was absolutely full on the Saturday night and Sunday lunch but we had it to ourselves on Sunday dinner (we had a reservation). We are travelling and don’t really speak / understand much Italian. The waiter gave us the wifi password so we could use Google translate. He explained each dish in detail in his best English, asked us about our travels, told us about Castelbuono and introduced us to local olive oil. We had the best night and best dinner of our 3 weeks in Sicily. We really enjoyed having a local to talk with who was clearly excited to show off the restaurant, food and town. When travelling as a couple for months at a time, sometimes you do want someone else’s voice in the conversation (I’m sure if we wanted privacy, we would have got that too). As for the food - it was AMAZING!!!

16/11/2025: We dined at this restaurant a few nights ago. It presents itself as a gourmet restaurant, but we honestly think we were in a simple trattoria that managed to sell itself. The most unusual appetizer was a soufflé the size of a €2 coin; the ricotta mousse was a paltry ricotta ball; the two main courses were extremely small, with no salt at all; in fact, we found salt in the final bill. The appetizer on the menu is written in such a way that customers think it's something special, but it's just a vague statement. The wait was incredibly long; for one appetizer and two main courses, we sat for over two and a half hours.

27/09/2025: I'd eyed this place for its aesthetics, but I'd never plucked up the courage to go in. Luckily, a friend's invitation to dinner turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The food is refined and out of the ordinary, with a clever blend of flavors that's sophisticated, balanced, and truly enticing. We tried several excellent dishes: the panelle with avocado cream and shrimp tartare (an excellent reinterpretation), the spaghetti with tenerumi and shrimp, and the mezze maniche with octopus ragù. Everything was delicious. The sweet finish, with chocolate cream and a wonderful crumble, was the perfect touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. One detail I really appreciated was the visit from the chef, Azzurra d'Arpa, who explained the dishes and even gave us Thai basil seeds: a gesture that demonstrates passion and customer care. With background music completing the picture, the atmosphere is that of an intimate and welcoming restaurant. I was pleasantly satisfied.

26/11/2025: Carmelo is an excellent chef. We ate here two times and the hospitality, ambiance, service, and of course food was amazing. I had one of the best ribs in my life. They are sous vide in wine/beer. They also gave us complementary bread/veggies which were also amazing. My BF had the mushroom sausage pasta, as well as the Ragu pasta. I also had pesto pasta another time. Everything was amazing :-)
