Top notch cuisine. Good value for money. Welcoming and friendly staff. That locals come to eat there.

The food was delicious. That says it all. The hostess was quite surly and it took a long time before we got our wine. By the way, we had to drink that wine from a water glass! After a comment we were given 2 different dirty wine glasses. The interior looks more like a living room, full of photos of the family.

Great value dining experience, frequented by locals. Have booked for another evening - says it all really. Not fine dining, just great food cooked and combined well.

We had dinner here with a couple of friends. The service is attentive and very thorough in its answers (I have celiac disease and I had communicated this when booking) I was able to choose between several gluten-free dishes. I chose pasta with Ragusa pesto. Good with fennel! My partner said the pistachio schnitzel was really good.

We may have had a bad day...the dishes are good and that's the main thing, however the Italian warmth and generosity were not there.

The dishes are good but for the rest it is very disappointing because the owner has no smile and is not interested in knowing how your meal is going! Aperol Spritz without ice cubes and wine served in a children's canteen style glass. I don't recommend it at all!

Volete sentire una vera pasta alla norma? Andate alla trattoria Da Luigi.vi assicuro che è spettacolare e la ricetta è originale. Mai sentita una pasta alla norma così in sicilia!

Piccola trattoria vicino al Duomo di San Giovanni Battista a Ragusa superiore.Buona cucina locale,gestita da marito e moglie,uno in cucina,l'altra ai tavoli,signora simpatica.Tutto molto gradevole,in particolare la pasta alla Norma,una delle migliori assaggiate in Sicilia.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo,peccato averlo scoperto solo l'ultimo giorno,ci saremmo ritornati volentieri.

15/10/2023: Frequentatissima (meglio prenotare) trattoria a pochi passi dal duomo di San Giorgio ma in posizione tranquilla propone classici piatti della cucina siciliana in un ambiente simpatico e allegro. Eccellente il pane cunzato ma molto buoni anche gli altri piatti assaggiati. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato!

Ristorante Agrituristico Rosacambra

11/01/2024: We wandered into Rosacambra early one evening after being out exploring the area all day. We know that Italians eat dinner later but it was showing as open and we were hungry. Although they were between services, as soon as the family of owners heard we were hungry they ushered us to a table next to a wood burning stove (so cozy) and started bringing us the most amazing food that we had anywhere in Italy. I cannot even list all the dishes they brought us and everything was excellent. They really made us feel like part of the family.
