24/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant last autumn. We would fly to Palermo just for it any time. A gem of modern Italian cuisine, far from the tourist crowds. We still dream about it.
04/01/2026: Very calm and organized restaurant. Food is awesome and some very well paired wines. We came here twice and had different meals. All very very high quality. We will be back. Very recommended.

15/03/2026: Meat at its best. Very well orginised,clean and good wine. Very recommended no 1 for grill in Palermo.
14/03/2026: Everything was delicious, I highly recommend the tagliatelle with pulled beef! The location could be improved, but the service was impeccable! Recommended
