22/03/2025: What a pleasant discovery! We tried some of the Mexican menu items and were really satisfied. The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, and we can't wait to go back to try the burgers and meat. The desserts, homemade and really delicious, were another delicious surprise. The staff was very nice and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

30/03/2025: Die Lage direkt beim Dom ist sehr schön, dass Essen war lecker aber die Junge Dame im Service verkennt, wer ihren Lohn bezahlt. Sie war von Beginn an genervt, unfreundlich und als ich nach dem Essen von der Toilette kam sagte sie zu mir „möchten sie die Rechnung“ Danach habe ich sie beobachtet wie sie Ihren Kollegen mit einer Geste gezeigt hat, dass sie uns jetzt loshaben möchte… Es war Sonntag, 21.00 Uhr. Ihr Kollege hat bemerkt, dass ich das mitbekommen habe worauf er uns einen Limoncello angeboten hat. Schade auch wenn sie’s nicht nötig haben ist es einfach nur traurig wie sie sich verhalten hat. Sie hat ein Restaurant, wir alle andern zur Auswahl aber ihres sicher nicht mehr.

Buona cucina, atmosfera di casa e servizio impeccabile! In un locale strapieno, la loro gentilezza è, oltre al buon cibo, certamente la carta vincente! Grazie Dario, grazie di essere una bellissima realtà nel nostro territorio..

07/12/2024: I had booked 4 cassatas and 6 cannolis, when I picked them up the next day the lady while she was preparing my tray had already made a mistake and was about to add only 4 cannolis, luckily I hadn't noticed, but it's a shame that when I returned to Bologna there were 3 cassatas instead of 4. It can happen that you make a mistake, but once, not twice. If you have a business like this, I think it is essential to know how to do the math well, especially when dealing with tourists who bring sweets as gifts to their relatives. The quality of the desserts is good, but if you go to this place be careful and check that they have given you everything you paid for.

17/02/2025: Restaurant très sympathique avec une cuisine haute en gastronomie! Moi qui ne mange pas de viande ou de poisson crus, j’ai aimé et tout mangé tellement l’assaisonnement était excellent. Plats très équilibrés. Un peu moins fan des desserts un peu trop lourds pour mon goût. Je recommande.

14/12/2024: Today we were able to enjoy an unforgettable evening on the upper terrace. Not only was the food (catch of the day) amazing, but the staff also contributed to an excellent evening. We'll definitely be back. The restaurant is a stunner.

08/04/2025: We traveled to Italy for two weeks with children in June/July 2024. That being said, we had gelato pretty much daily. This Gelateria was close to our hotel and one of our tour guides pointed it out to us. We were able to enjoy it on a couple of occasions. It was not crowded and had great selections. And of course... everything we tried tasted delicious. The only bad part is that we only had gelato, they had many other pastries that I wish we tried. We were also able to watch them making pastries. If we are ever in Taormina again we will definitely go here and try more than just the gelato. If you are ever there... don't miss the oppurtunity to check it out.

28/03/2025: Sono stato a cena in questo locale per caso, è sono certo di non tornarci mai più. Prezzi da locale a 5 stelle , le stesse stelle che attribuisco alla titolare per il suo comportamento arrogante e direi anche maleducata. Pagare un piatto con 3 fette di melanzane e 3 fette di zucchine 7€ , due foglie di lattuga verde 4.50€, e una porzione di patate 6.50€ mi sembra a dir poco VERGOGNOSO. La titolare a risposto che a casa propria ognuno fa quello che vuole, e io da casa mia scrivo quello voglio. Unica nota positiva l unico cameriere maschio molto educato. Metto una stella solo perché meno non si può. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.

10/04/2025: I had very high expectations about this starred restaurant that were absolutely not confirmed! Each dish was described as if it were automatic, everything was very mechanical. No dish really stimulated all my senses and enhanced my taste! Many dishes were tasteless and the combinations did not enhance the alchemy of the foods. The telephone reservation was a disaster!! I had asked for three white roses on the table in a vase and a candle because I love to create a romantic atmosphere at dinner and the operator on the phone, a certain Riccardo, was not able to satisfy this nice gesture of mine in the slightest! He only managed to find me a bunch of red roses and throw them on the table because according to His Majesty there were no white roses in Ragusa! Which I then took care of finding! In fact, very annoyed, he asked me several times if I really wanted to go and eat dinner, because for him everything was a joke on my part, as he very politely let me understand! I paid and even left a tip without asking for explanations! I would have paid double if he said I would have had fun!

01/04/2025: A highlight of our 2-week trip to Sicily, service was impeccable and lots of nice small surprises from the chef. I liked the uni truffle pasta in a cream sauce very much, and my partner had a fish pasta that I liked even more (lighter). The waiter was happy to provide recs of his favorite dishes as the English menu isn’t very descriptive. I felt the proteins were on the heavier (fattier) side for my personal taste, and wonder if that’s the style of food in the region. Still, everything was extremely delicious, I was very happy with the complexity and harmony of the flavors. I got the 2-course for dinner and for me that was enough as I’m not able to eat a ton of food. 8-courses was priced 200 euro. I’d like to go back for lunch one day - 75 euro for 3 courses.
