In a comfortable and welcoming environment, two steaks from opposite origins were ordered, outside the classic menu: Scandinavian and Texas. Both surprising and engaging, thanks to excellent cooking: the first for taste, consistency and flavor; the second for its delicacy and "meltability" in the mouth. Accompanying Nerello mascalese, simple and perfect. Excellent final desserts and rosolio. Note of merit for the citrus Bavarian cream and the wild fennel liqueur. Excellent experience

Le recensioni su Tripadvisor, avevano creato in me molta aspettativa, tanto se ne parla bene di questo piccolo ristorante. Tutto confermato, anzi, si è andati oltre! La qualità delle loro materie prime è di assoluta eccellenza, molti salumi e formaggi sono loro produzione, nonché il pane, prodotto con farine di grani antichi siciliani e che non si finirebbe mai di mangiarlo, tanto è buono. La carne, di altissima qualità, è stata cotta alla perfezione, cosa che ne ha esaltato il già eccellente sapore. Non ultimo, il fatto che per noi è stata la prima volta, ma, a fine serata, ci è sembrato di conoscerci da una vita, tanto è la cortesia, la gentilezza e il garbo, con cui il cliente viene accolto. Alla fine anche Carmelo, il responsabile del settore carne, si è seduto al tavolo e ci ha dato molte informazioni sulle loro materie prime e sulla provenienza. Il locale è molto carino, pulito e, cosa molto importante, con i servizi igienici splendenti e con odori totalmente assenti. Il prezzo è assolutamente allineato con la qualità dell’offerta, pertanto lo ritengo giusto.

Excellent experience, from producer to consumer! Excellent selection of cured meats prepared with love. Just chat with the artist to find out how he takes care of his products before serving them on the table! Butcher's shop in sight to choose the cut to be cooked by the Chef. Unfortunately, when we started enjoying the appetizer, we forgot our phone... no more photos! We tasted delicious stuffed mushrooms and grilled meat. All perfect. Also the bill is a fair price/quality ratio. All seasoned with the courtesy of the staff. We will return with pleasure.

Cured meats and meats processed "in house" by the Master of cutting and taste. Spectacular stuffed mushrooms, top Chef. Varied mixed grill, very high quality raw materials. Highly recommended. The “homemade” cold cuts platters are amazing!!! Carmelo, from behind the counter, can advise you on the best varieties of meat he has chosen and cut with care, because he is truly passionate about his profession as well as being super kind and nice like everyone who works there.

Ottima esperienza! Locale pulito e accogliente. Servizio gradevole e caloroso. Il cibo è ottimo, la carne è di altissima qualità e i proprietari tengono molto ad offrire piatti di alto livello. Consigliatissima la tartare di scottona! Essendo una macelleria è anche possibile acquistare alcuni prodotti che sono di loro produzione. Assolutamente da provare!

Locale spettacolare, personale preparato e gentile. Come antipasti da provare gli ottimi salumi preparati da loro e l'eccezionale tartare. Riguardo le carni c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta tra la loro selezione di bistecche di primissima scelta o le ottime tagliate con rucola. Il proprietario, Carmelo Coledi vi saprà consigliare, in base ai vostri gusti, il taglio migliore che sarà successivamente tagliato al momento e cucinato nel migliore dei modi. Che dire super consigliato, una garanzia!

Vasta selezione di carne da scegliere direttamente al bancone per tutti i palati e tutte le tasche.. molto buoni anche i salumi di loro produzione, la carta dei vini è ampia con un occhio di riguardo per la sicilia.. ambiente familiare e carne di altissima qualità!
