18/05/2026: This is the second time I've been to this lovely restaurant, and we had a wonderful time! Clean and welcoming place with a menu featuring fresh, delicious ingredients! The chocolate cake with strawberries is the best dessert I've ever tasted! The prices are very fair for the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: Very nice restaurant on the verge of Oristano. Food was good but the desserts were phenomenal. Staff was super attentive and spoke good English so ordering went smooth. Definitely worth going for a more quiet experience than restaurants in the city center.

24/07/2026: We've been dining here for 10 years when we're on vacation. Always spectacular, everything is excellent. Kudos to all the staff for their friendliness, competence, and hospitality. The fixed-price menu offers excellent value. I recommend booking at least 10 days in advance.

23/07/2026: We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful evening at this restaurant and were truly satisfied. We met the owner directly, a kind, cheerful, and welcoming woman who immediately made us feel at home. The cuisine was a real surprise: carefully prepared traditional dishes, from appetizers to liqueurs, also entirely homemade. The fresh homemade pasta, the homemade bread, and every detail reflect their passion and attention to tradition. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. An authentic experience, filled with good food, hospitality, and top-notch quality. We'll definitely be back! Greetings from the guys with the fire in their heads.

20/04/2026: My boyfriend and I stayed here over Valentine's Day and couldn't have chosen a better place. We tried two VR escape rooms, and it was incredible: totally immersive and super fun! ​A huge plus goes to the organization: by booking in advance, we were able to plan our experience down to the smallest detail with the staff, which made everything perfect and stress-free. ​The real difference, however, is the owners. You can tell they love what they do; even though they have to repeat the same explanations to dozens of customers every day, they do it with rare passion and friendliness. They were incredibly kind and always welcomed us with a smile, sharing all their energy with us. ​Top! We'll definitely be back to try other challenges!

From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel right at home, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Jemmat, the experience is simply sublime! 28/03/2026: The I Frati Rossi restaurant was a delightful discovery. For an evening with friends, we chose an excellent seafood tasting menu. The menu started very promisingly with two appetizers: amberjack and salmon carpaccio, artichokes, and bottarga. Next up were seafood and truffle ravioli and grouper paccheri, all delicious. For the main course, a mixed fried platter of shrimp, calamari, fish, and mixed vegetables. Delicious, especially because it was so light! To finish, dessert: meringue and strawberry ice cream. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu.

27/05/2026: First time in Sardinia, first Sardinian restaurant for me! Simply excellent, exquisite, true! I tried the tasting menu for two at lunch. I'm writing this while I eat because all the dishes are a feast for my palate. Everything is excellent! Everything is top-notch. Enough, I'll keep eating, but try it!

16/06/2026: The food was excellent. We didn't quite understand the service. Drinks arrived very quickly. After that, we had to wait a very long time for the one server to take our food orders. That was a bit annoying. On the other hand, it was really busy, and the food arrived relatively quickly. All in all, recommended.

15/06/2026: Traditional restaurant in the village. Very nice atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff (even with regards to menu changes). Prices are average with other restaurants in the village (unjustifiably high, in my opinion).

03/05/2026: Super fresh fish, we had an exceptional mixed appetizer! Mussels, octopus, and a second course recommended by the chef were much appreciated! We left satisfied and full! Well done!

13/07/2026: If you are vacationing anywhere close to this Resturant and by anywhere I mean 200 km or closer, come here. It’s insanely good. Gian Luca is such a gentleman and his trattoria is amazing. Get the eggplant parm the tongue, the risotto is amazing, everything is amazing can’t lose. Don’t go to the scams at the beaches come here instead.

11/07/2026: I had dinner there: the staff were welcoming, kind, made me feel at ease, and offered great advice. I really appreciated both the personal and culinary aspects: traditional Sardinian dishes, well-made, and simply excellent. Finger-licking good!! 😍 I would have booked for the next day, but it's a shame they're closed on weekends. I hope to return soon.

The talented chef Salvina manages to bring not only excellent flavors to the table, but the entire soul of Sardinia, passionately showcasing the aromas, colors, and traditions of our land. Each dish tells a story of quality, care, and authenticity. In this place, you can also sense something special and difficult to explain: the presence of Fabrizio De André. It is felt in the air, in the silence, in the landscapes, and in the very soul of this corner of Sardinia that he chose to live, love, and find inspiration for some of his most beautiful songs. It is a discreet yet vibrant presence, which makes the experience even more intense and meaningful. But the value of this place also comes from the entire staff, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine smiles contribute to creating a special atmosphere, where you feel welcomed and at ease from the very first moment. It's not just a restaurant or a place to stay: it's an experience made of authentic relationships, Sardinian flavors, attention to people, and love for what they do. The food was excellent, with exquisite meat and appetizers. Excellent service, provided to us by Asier, a young man with spectacular customer service! Thank you ❤️. If you're in the Alghero area and you like meat, you absolutely MUST stop by. Honorable mention also for the well-crafted and balanced cocktails.
