Found by chance while passing through Oristano. A pleasant surprise. The celery and bottarga were delicious. Linguine with red shrimp and its zucchini and tomato bisque were superb. The linguine with wild asparagus and bottarga were very good. The prices were fair, the service took a bit long, but it was worth the wait.

We enjoyed a quick lunch here and will be back to take our time and discover more from the menu. The pastas were both delicious, wild asparagus with bass roe and white lamb ragù

The appetizers were good, but the first courses were definitely less so. Two appetizers, two first courses, two glasses of wine, and water cost about €80. For this price, I expect better quality.

I went there on Saturday for lunch with a group of colleagues... what a wonderful discovery! A cozy little place with a spectacular menu... all the delicacies of Sardinian cuisine. We tried some delicious appetizers, and the linguine with red shrimp, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes was truly poetic. Kudos on the quality! ❤️

20/01/2026: I've had dinner at this excellent restaurant on several occasions now! And each time has been a pleasant surprise. The dishes are presented in an almost obsessive manner. Fresh ingredients are prepared with imagination and good taste, not to mention the owner, who, with extreme passion and expertise, guides you through the flavors, their provenance, and even the historical implications and connections with the tradition and culture of Sins. A culinary experience with a guaranteed sensory and emotional impact! I highly recommend it.
