Simply perfect! A small, traditional Sardinian restaurant with high-quality dishes to share (or not 🤤). The chef is very friendly (thank you for the tips on cooking the guanciale!) and the food is excellent (special mention for the risotto).
The total price is a bit high if you order several courses, but it's definitely worth it.
The menu is only in Italian, but with the chef's explanations or ChatGPT, you can manage perfectly well 👍🏻

We stumbled upon this place almost by chance. It's a small place that serves traditional Sassari cuisine at a very reasonable price. You can order several dishes per person, allowing you to try as many different dishes as possible. And, on a positive note, we were offered complimentary digestifs and coffee. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Delicious food, typical Sassari cuisine, and a super friendly host. The small portions (and by small, we don't mean paltry) give you the chance to try multiple dishes and enjoy a truly complete experience. Great prices and above-average quality.

Everything was delicious and incredibly affordable. We lost our minds over the cordula, diaphragm, and the best carrots in the world! The atmosphere was homey, just the way we like it, and you could see the passion Gian Luca puts into every dish.

A really wonderful restaurant serving authentic local cuisine unique to Sassari. Gian Luca is incredibly friendly and customized our menu. The trattoria can fill up quickly so be sure to call in advance to book. We were warmly welcomed and couldn’t have asked for a better first dinner in the city

Wonderful restaurant that especially excelled in its customer service, despite there being a bit of a language barrier. My mother and I were visiting from Canada and I was very hungry after doing the steps at Neptunes grotto. The owner helped pick out a nice piece of veal and my mother had the Sardinian gnocchi (which i happily finished) and we had ravioli to share. The veal was very tender and flavorful and the ravioli was freshly made, like all their pasta, like their house bread which went nicely to soak up the sauce. They also happen to make a glorious tiramisu which has only been rivaled by one person in my hometown (who, sadly, has since retired). My mother and I both agreed it was one of the best we've had to date. The owner also topped the meal off with a shot of Sardinian liquor to share some of their culture with us. He then had us sign his book of foreign visitors and took a picture with us to share on his social media. Very kind and welcoming, we appreciated it very much and our meal there will be a fond memory of our trip to Europe.
