02/11/2025: Scacco Matto is a great place for delicious pizza in Martina Franca. The dough is thin and well-baked, the ingredients are fresh and of really good quality. It's clear that everything is prepared with attention to taste. The friendly, unobtrusive service and pleasant atmosphere are also a plus. It's definitely worth returning.

The price is very low compared to the excellent quality of the products. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious pizza at a good price. 😃

12/09/2025: What a wonderful night. Food was exceptional! Family owned restaurant where brother cooks and sister serves. They even gave us a tour of there property that has been in family for generations. We found this restaurant late one evening and was not disappointed. Only problem leaving area today...would love to go back. A MUST VISIT!

Professionally managed by two young people (sister and brother) with love and dedication to their work they satisfy their customers. The will of these young people is to be rewarded ... 22/10/2025: Luckily, my boss always lets me discover new places when I come to the restaurant, and this pizzeria is one of them! The gluten-free pizza I ordered was truly fabulous, as were the pizzas served with various dough types. They also had many delicious appetizers and local specialties that sold out in no time. This characteristic stone restaurant features vaulted ceilings of various sizes. They've added a covered outdoor veranda that can accommodate many, many people. Definitely worth a visit and try for the pizza, appetizers, and meat, even for special dietary needs. The staff are impeccable in their service, as are all the staff and the owners. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and attention they gave me last night! Thanks again, and definitely stop by if you're in the Martina Franca area!

19/10/2025: It rarely happens that I want to write a review after the second bite. And this evening, it happened. Excellent pizza, sublime, quality ingredients, perfect cooking, excellent dough. Fantastic pizza alla norma!! Congratulations! We always happily return every year after the wedding fair, and every year it gets better. Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness. The only flaw?!? You're too far for us, since we come from Manduria 😅

09/11/2025: After hearing a lot about it, we came to try this place with high expectations. The location is spectacular, with a special highlight being the wonderful view from above. We had a tasting of both land and sea, with eight different options, each one better than the last. Of course, we couldn't miss the pizza. The dough was truly exquisite and excellent, light, and you could tell it had risen. We were extremely satisfied. Finally, dessert was a must. I personally had the cheesecake and I must say I was truly amazed by the generous portion for only €4, and it was obviously delicious too. All in all, I highly recommend this place, especially for the location and the value for money.

06/11/2025: Modern atmosphere, average prices. For about €16, you get an appetizer with eight courses, but it's a shame you have to order one each if you want to try everything. More than appetizers, they're small bites, with small portions. The pizzas, on the other hand, are good, even though they have a modern, thin, and elastic dough, which I personally don't like. Unfortunately, the pizzas aren't served together; my pizza arrived after the others in the group had already finished. Not a bad place, but I would have expected more.

30/11/2025: Pizzas with spectacular dough. I'd perhaps just suggest adding a few more ingredients to allow for more pizza variations. The atmosphere is welcoming, with walls decorated with wooden slats and tables covered in writing (perhaps I didn't appreciate this; I would have preferred a plain table).

10/11/2025: I went there yesterday for the first time.... super-topped pizza, excellent quality raw materials, crispy and well-cooked pizza "not burnt", I practically ate after 10 minutes of arriving, super fast... polite staff, very clean place.
