14/02/2026: We arrived, we waited more than 5 minutes to order the meat because they had run out of strips (and that's understandable, absolutely nothing to complain about). Once we were seated, we stayed there for an hour and no one came to take our order. We asked the few waiters (who were clearly struggling) if they could take our order, but they were so fast that they would answer by walking away until one of them said that the person taking the order was at the cash register. One of us went to ask, and finally we were able to order. We arrived at the end of the meal and went to pay, asking for the bill. It was steep and expensive for the amount of meat we'd bought without even bringing wine (considering we've been here in the past and bought even more meat and wine, we paid half the price). I'm sorry, as we had good memories of this place, but we won't be returning. 28/01/2026: We were at this restaurant on a Saturday. They advised us over the phone to arrive around 8:30 pm. We were a table of 12 people. We ate very well and had a truly enjoyable evening. We stayed until after 11 pm. The waiters didn't rush you to clear tables because the restaurant is very large. In addition to the main room, there is a closed gazebo. I must say, it was a truly pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

20/08/2026: A pleasant discovery for me, since I'm not a local and have moved. Excellent meat, nice atmosphere, slightly long wait times, but there's always room for improvement.

22/03/2026: The rudest and worst customer service I've ever received. The waitress preferred to chat with her friends rather than serve me. Then, later, a tuna pizza arrived. If there were 5 grams of tuna, that's an overly generous statement... It didn't taste like tuna at all; you could only see a few strings, and that was it! Afterward, she charged almost double the price of other pizzerias. The pizza was bland and tasteless. They're so proud of themselves because they're downtown and have probably been there a long time... A dark, dank, cramped place, packed with tables. I'll never set foot in that place again.

18/08/2026: An experience to forget. My only compliments go to the pizza chef for the quality of the pizza and puccia, which were truly delicious. Unfortunately, the management is completely lacking in organization, and the blame doesn't even lie with the staff in the dining room, who were clearly left alone to deal with too many customers due to the utterly inadequate staffing: endless waits, dishes and drinks served past the deadline, and tables left in complete chaos, to the point of having to clear the table themselves out of desperation. What's truly intolerable, however, is the shameful attitude of the girls at the counter and at the register. They don't even know what professionalism is: people waiting are brazenly ignored and requests are completely ignored, while the first hint of a reminder is met with a relentless arrogance and annoyed looks without a shred of kindness. If you can't connect with people, you should definitely change careers. One thing's for sure: we'll never go back!
