24/07/2025: An evening to forget. Poor service, they get the water wrong, forget the meatballs, and often get confused with the table number. And let's not forget the pizzas, which are very questionable; I've had much better. The tomato sauce on the pizza was a poor-quality sauce; otherwise, nothing exceptional. I won't be returning.

25/06/2025: A Culinary Highlight of Our Apulian Journey We had the best dining experience of our entire trip in Apulia at La Cuccagna Giro di Vite in Crispiano. Everything from the service to the creativity of the dishes was exceptional. We started with the chef’s selection of six antipasti, a beautifully curated mix of local flavors—ranging from classic cold cuts to mini meatballs, fresh salads with seasonal vegetables, and other small delicacies that showcased the richness of the region. Each bite was a discovery. The rosé sparkling wine recommended by the staff—L’Archetipo Susumante—was a perfect pairing: fresh, elegant, and full of character. For the primi, we each chose one pasta dish, and the kitchen thoughtfully split and served both in two separate rounds so we could easily share and enjoy each one. The orecchiette with smoky aubergine and a trio of cherry tomatoes (green, yellow, and red) was vibrant and full of flavor. The paccheri filled with ricotta in a lamb and tomato sauce was rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced. To finish, we shared a house-made fig tart paired with a scoop of almond ice cream, topped with freshly grilled almonds—a perfect finale with freshness, texture, and just the right sweetness. This meal was not only delicious, but full of generosity, care, and soul—just like the ambiance of the restaurant. A must-visit if you’re in the area. Truly unforgettable.

11/08/2025: An old tavern with plentiful, high-quality traditional cuisine. The owners are kind and friendly. If you're not very hungry, it's not recommended. For example, the cured meats and cheese appetizer included a whole ricotta (exceptional), two slices of primosale, mozzarella knots (I don't know how many), and various cured meats. A secret: if you compliment the owner, she'll give you a free liter of house promitivo in your bottle of mineral water to take home.

01/08/2025: My experience at this property was absolutely positive, both for the quality of the service offered and the organization. I stayed full board, but there is the option of breakfast only or half board. The rooms are immaculately clean and very comfortable, with accessible showers; the dining room is spacious, the service impeccable, and the selection is quite varied. Breakfast is international, with freshly prepared dishes. The strong point, in my opinion, was the helpfulness and kindness of the owners and staff. I will definitely be back!

03/07/2025: We stayed in this hotel for 1 week, what can I say, everything was great, starting from the new, clean and seafront structure, then moving on to the large and clean room and finally the really good restaurant service. Nice and friendly staff. Great job, congratulations.

28/07/2025: FABULOUS HOMEMADE RESTAURANT The atmosphere is familiar, and the lady welcomes everyone with kindness, courtesy, and patience. Excellent home cooking, top-quality ingredients, and many traditional Lucanian dishes: we rediscover the flavors of grandmother's cooking, things modern chefs no longer make. They work with passion, and the love and commitment they put into their creations shines through on the plate. Reasonable prices. A true gourmet's stop. Highly recommended.

05/07/2025: Excellent service with changing of dishes after each course, which is not a given! Neapolitan style pizza, but crumbly and not heavy, crispy edge and cooked to perfection! Excellent pizza ingredients and also potato croquettes. Honest prices! Definitely worth returning!

01/07/2025: I would like to say it on the tip of a... pen. My wife and I chose you because we fell immensely in love with the structure, the grove, the green spaces. But my, our experience went far beyond the simple beautiful "place". My wife and I were in tune with everything, from the delicious food to the staff happy to celebrate with us, courteous and available at all times. Dr. Michele Conserva is a great professional and a wonderful person, serious, available and always communicative with kindness and frankness. Masseria Francesca is a resource that must be discovered and that I warmly recommend.

05/07/2025: We were passing through after visiting Puglia by motorbike, in conclusion we started looking for a place where we could eat well and pay fair price. Here it is in Manduria (TA) the Messapian trattoria satisfied all our needs, staff, cuisine, dishes, location, everything was top, I only stayed one night but I would go back for another 100 just to taste their dishes again

01/08/2025: The puccia is truly delicious, filled with fresh ingredients. I really appreciated the ability to customize it however I wanted, choosing from the many options available. The only thing to note: the final price varies based on the ingredients chosen, but it's not clearly stated before payment, so you only find out at the cashier (more transparency in this regard would be helpful). The staff was very kind and polite, and the location is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience that I recommend!
