My husband and I were there during our holidays at the end of summer, we discovered it by chance, a restaurant hidden in the old alleys of Manduria in a beautiful historic building. I can only give 5 stars on everything because we had a really good time, from the atmosphere to the service and obviously the food. More than honest value for money. A small gem of the restaurant is the bathroom, something that should never be underestimated. I highly recommend.

Torniamo in questo ristorante ad ogni cambio di stagione, per degustare le invenzioni dello chef Salvatore. Ancora una volta viene confermata l'assoluta eccellenza a 360° di questo locale. Menù accuratamente fantasioso, materie prime eccellenti, carta dei vini superba, servizio impeccabile. Ribadisco: la stella manca solo sulla carta, perché la meriterebbe a pieno titolo (lo affermo con cognizione di causa, avendo un figlio chef in un ristorante stellato).

Ristorante nel centro storico di Manduria in un luogo suggestivo. Grandissima cura per gli ospiti pochi tavoli ben seguiti . Non bisogna avere fretta nel cenare e tutto a dimensione di relax e servizio . Piatti ricercati e ben preparati ottima la lista dei vini Ottima scoperta

È un ristorante di alto livello a tutti gli effetti: raffinato e curato nei minimi dettagli - dalla location al servizio e al menù. Piatti ricercati e ben presentati da un servizio sempre attento al cliente. Unica pecca che abbiamo notato: tempi di attesa un po troppo lunghi fra l'ordinazione e i piatti in tavola; forse troppo lunghi per un ristorante di questa categoria e con pochi tavoli da servire.
