04/04/2024: We spent a beautiful Easter Monday at this beautiful restaurant in San Giorgio Ionico, in holy peace and tranquility, delicious food, particular cuisine, for a refined palate, everything really good from the starter to the dessert, both in taste and aesthetics, everything refined, we were welcomed very kindly by the owner with a nice glass of prosecco, he was able to advise us on what to taste based on our tastes, perfectly explaining everything we ate, highly recommended, I will return

01/04/2024: Con pretesto del menù prestabilito abbiamo provato questo ristorante per la prima volta incuriositi anche non dalle classiche portate. Che dire, fantastica scoperta e all’unanimità siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, dai piatti ricercati e di alta qualità, al servizio, alla location. Un ottima esperienza e una bella scoperta.

Very kind staff and always available for every request... I recommend it to those who take tours of the grills... the meat, in addition to being of high quality, you need to know how to cook properly and here they know how to do it.

16/12/2023: I had already been there one evening to eat a pizza and decided not to return again due to the poor organisation, especially in the service. I went back for confirmation and unfortunately nothing has changed. In my opinion it is also the fault of the managers who are not organised. The food has been nothing to write home about and the service continues to be poor. At an event where everything was paid for you can't approach and ask who wants drinks, they just bring those, as well as water and wine. Among other things, if you make a menu based on fish and meat you must give the possibility of choosing between white, rosé or red and not just red which is also of poor quality. It's unfortunate because the location is nice but you have to be less stingy in order to attract more people. I definitely will not return of my own free will.

The aubergine starter with cheese fondue was a perfect start to the meal, with the creamy combination of the cheese blending delicately with the softness of the aubergine. An explosion of flavors that tickled the taste buds in a sublime way. The first course of orecchiette was a real delight for the palate, with the fresh pasta pairing perfectly with the aubergines, courgettes and burrata. A dish that captured the authenticity of local cuisine with a touch of refinement. And to conclude, the desserts were a riot of goodness. Two exquisite creations that delighted my taste for dessert, leaving me with a satisfied smile on my face. I can't help but mention their beer, which was a perfect accompaniment to each course. Brewed on site, Wine & Co's beer has a unique, rich taste that further enriched the dining experience. Finally, I would like to highlight the courtesy and attention of the staff, which made our meal even more enjoyable.
