Francesca, the chef, is no exception! The open kitchen overlooking the dining room shows true professionalism; we noticed the fresh products used and the precision and love with which they are prepared! Perfect for spending a good half hour with friends. There's also a slot machine room for enthusiasts (obviously, you must be 18 or older to enter). Recommended.

28/12/2025: I can't complain about the work because they were clean and the assembly was done well, except for the fact that they left a hole with a bit of polyurethane foam on the balcony where the boiler is and that was it. Apart from that, there were only problems. From the first start, the stove went off alarm and I was informed that they had set the water temperature incorrectly, but on the second start, it worked. In the following days, it wasn't turned on because it was September and the weather wasn't cold. In November, with the first cold weather, the problems arose... The stove always went off alarm when first started, and after several phone calls with them, I was asked to check the manual to understand what alarm was going on, to run various tests (which in my opinion should have been done by the person who installs it), and finally, when we couldn't do it anymore, I was told that the stove calibration should have been done by me using the manual and not by them, since they are the "TECHNICIANS." Despite all this, after 4 months, the stove still doesn't work and I'm waiting for the Ravelli technician (who isn't him), with whom I am interfacing, not him. I advise you to buy it elsewhere because if you have problems they will find excuses not to come by saying that they are "busy" with work and that you should be the ones doing the tests and not them who assembled it.
