06/08/2024: I am writing the review as I was invited to a confirmation dinner. The quality is undoubtedly excellent. The menu included an appetizer, unfortunately meager and certainly with courses lower than what we expected or at least for which this restaurant is known. I recommend establishing first without leaving the number of courses to interpretation. Subsequently, the sliced ​​and fried fish was served. Not fully satisfied. If you are not already a customer, I recommend making a good, accurate contract before sitting down at the table.

01/08/2024: We had dinner on the terrace. Good hot and cold appetizers and quality pizzas. Enjoy the fig and chocolate spumone.

14/08/2024: We arrived at the Vico tavern without a reservation and at first they had knocked us out after 10 seconds they offered us dinner at 7.50pm and we immediately accepted. We ate really well, typical dishes and found the staff friendly and helpful. I read a one-star review from a guy who probably wanted to spite the restaurant more than anything. I don't know to what extent it may have damaged the restaurant as in my opinion, the place and the staff deserve 10/10 overall. We will definitely be back.

12/08/2024: Very friendly and competent staff. We had dinner (reservations are highly recommended) choosing between meat and fish with a bit of embarrassment in the choice because there aren't many menu items but it's all very good food. Excellent starters, first and second courses. 4 meat starters, 2 cuts, 2 fillets with local wine cream, a course of meat morsels, 4 grilled vegetables and a fried potato, 2 desserts, 3 bottles of water and 2 liters of local rosé (truly fantastic). All for 35 euros each. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back to taste the first courses and the fish. My compliments

24/08/2024: Avevo da sempre il desiderio di cenare da Villa 58 e quest'anno ci sono riuscito. Il risultato? Soddisfatto al 100% Si discosta molto dalle proposte che vengono proposte in zona...una piccola perla di questa zona. Personale accogliente, cucina top, prezzi giusti. (Bello veder lavorare tanti giovani e anche molto preparati) Cucina ricercata, accostamenti studiati e ben riusciti. Molto attenti alle intolleranze di mia moglie, abbiamo scelto un antipasto di mare e uno di terra. Ogni portata era una piacevole scoperta. A seguire polpo delizioso e pancia di maialino veramente ottima. Dulcis in fundo una brioche al gelato di vaniglia che mi ha fatto gioire le papille gustative. Consigliatissimo

15/08/2024: Complimenti!!! Oggi per la prima volta siamo stati a Villa 58 e siamo stati colpiti dalla gentilezza, dalla professionalità e dal cibo proposto. Una grande esperienza, torneremo nuovamente a trovarvi. Bravi, continuate così!!!

18/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop near the center of Martina Franca where you can try the famous Bocconotti, available in various flavors (cream, cream and black cherry, chocolate, ricotta and pears, ...). The coffee granita with cream is also very good. Attentive and fast service.

13/07/2024: È il secondo anno che per noi questa gastronomia rappresenta un punto di riferimento per la nostra vacanza. I piatti sono cucinati con maestria e fondono diverse tradizioni. Ricchi di sapore, mi ricordano le cucine di una volta ma con un tocco in più dato anche dalle cotture innovative. Si può scegliere tra piatti già pronti e selezionati dalla bravissima cuoca, oppure piatti da far preparare sul momento (consiglio gli scialatielli con vongole e gamberi). Puoi scegliere se fare asporto oppure mangiare sul posto. Abbiamo mangiato qui quasi tutti i giorni a pranzo e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Resterà il nostro punto di riferimento anche per i futuri viaggi di vacanza in Puglia! 5 stelle molto meritate per l’ospitalità, la cortesia ed il buon cibo.

01/09/2024: We returned two evenings consecutively. Very high quality of every dish. Very fresh fish, delicious pizza, incredible selection of wines (even fine ones!). Kind, attentive and never intrusive owner. Highly recommended!!!

30/08/2024: For foreigners, a good experience has turned into a bad dream. We wanted to eat traditionally... pizza and pasta. Heavy menu, electronic only. So why isn't it illustrated with pictures for foreigners? I don't know English... I ordered, actually I thought we were going to get tagliatelle and I got some cuts with meat and cheese. Only the restaurant was beautiful, otherwise I cried! Cand vii in Italy I would have 2 profits: pasta and pizza. Amestecate in meniu sa le gasesti greu… pentru straini pastale sunt spaghetti, penne sau cum le maisc ei.

29/08/2024: The restaurant in question has always been one of my favorites. The staff, led by the excellent owner Giampaolo, does everything possible to satisfy customers' needs. The menu is extremely varied and everything, from starters to desserts, is of excellent quality. The cellar is also noteworthy. Congratulations to everyone and keep it up!

17/08/2024: The pricey but small environment should increase or improve the microclimate it is hot..... The pizza wasn't to my liking, it's good but I've had better, much better elsewhere.... As for the rest, I have no negative criticisms, on the contrary, service, courtesy, kindness and professionalism are at the top.... I will have to return to try the restaurant, which, seeing the dishes of the other diners, were very inviting.

13/08/2024: Excellent quality food, varied, prepared and presented with attention to detail. Cozy place. Polite staff, available to listen to customers' requests and needs. The attention paid to the guests is nice and, at the moment of the cake, the music starts to surprise, with a play of lights!

29/06/2024: I've been getting takeout a lot lately. Even with 10 issues ahead the wait isn't too long. Uncommon variety of well-seasoned focaccias and indisputable quality of the products (never heard of anyone hurting them. The space in winter is small for what the WE turnout is. In summer they set up benches outside and things change Excellent value for money.

28/06/2024: Già entrando ti rendi conto della passione, la conoscenza dei prodotti e dei vini che Antonio e Miriam mettono nel loro squisito ristorante, una tappa che , merita un viaggio di 400 km/h come ho fatto! E’stata un’esperienza che parte dai panificati passando a piatti che, certamente valorizzano la Puglia, ma con delicatezza e stupore per l’interpretazione raffinata che solo chi ama il proprio lavoro ha.
