We booked a table for 9:30 PM, and they seated us outside. They have a nice location. The prices were medium-high. We ordered a carpaccio and two calamari, one grilled and one stuffed. They were truly delicious, tender fish with a great flavor. It's a shame we had to wait so long—about an hour for the carpaccio and almost forty minutes for the calamari. We were told this is normal for this time of year (it was August 13th), but the place wasn't that crowded; many tables were free. The dishes, however, were truly excellent.

It's now a regular on our vacations. The intimate atmosphere features sophisticated background music (which isn't a given) and the carefully prepared, tasty dishes reflect the true flavors of Puglia! Everything is truly exceptional! If there were more stars, I'd give them all! Highly recommended!

Good food, but unacceptable organization and service We visited this restaurant hoping for a pleasant evening, but the overall experience was unfortunately disappointing due to completely unsustainable service management. The cuisine: The food deserves a special mention: we ate quite well, the quality of the ingredients was there, and the kitchen knew how to do its job. It's a real shame that the experience was ruined by everything else. The service: The problem certainly wasn't the staff's professionalism, but their quantity. There was only one waiter to manage the entire room. He was commendable: he went out of his way, was kind, and polite despite the inhuman amount of work he was subjected to. Expecting a single person to ensure decent service at all tables is disrespectful to both the employee and the customers. The owner's welcome: The low point of the evening was the way our requests were handled. When we asked to eat inside to take advantage of the air conditioning, the owner's response was disconcerting and completely unprofessional: he literally told us that if we weren't happy with the service, their policy was that we could just go to another restaurant. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. Knowing how to cook isn't enough to run a good restaurant: respect for those who pay and proper staff management are also essential. We won't be returning.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation party in this intimate, family-friendly location. The food was spectacular. The ingredients used were of the highest quality and crafted with superb skill. A special thanks to Alessio, who guided us with such kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I often go to Pink, for many reasons, from the excellent food cooked with quality ingredients to the kindness and professionalism of the staff to the atmosphere, all at a fair price for what it offers. I recommend it to everyone.

A great find in San Vito, a historic restaurant with a youthful atmosphere, an excellent menu with a variety of options. The grilled squid and tartare were heartwarming, and the risotto was swoon-worthy. 🔝🔝🔝🔝 Congratulations 🎈
