An hour of waiting to eat turnip greens, disgusting. Change the chef.
09/09/2025: It's a unique place in a very touristy area.
You eat very little, but what you do taste is impressive. I ate the best pieces of food in all of Salento.
However, you eat on cardboard plates, which can be a good choice, but I wasn't thrilled with it.
The food is good and the price is fair, I'd say.
I'd highly recommend it for those who appreciate simple, authentic, and authentic food.

They give you a long speech complaining that it is not right to pay with a debit card, that for them it is madness, a real pain... forgive me, but will I be free to decide whether to carry cash or not? If I need something and I have not had the opportunity to withdraw money, do I not have the right to come into your place? And then we talk about the rudeness of young people!

19/10/2025: We went to Passione Mare Chef Miky last night, Saturday, October 18, 2025. We started with a delicious plate of pittule, followed by a lovely platter of very fresh and delicious mixed raw seafood. We also had a must-try dish: gnocchi with pistachio pesto and red prawns (SPECTACULAR), desserts, and Limoncello. Excellent service and the number one chef; I couldn't find a single flaw!!! Definitely worth a try.
16/10/2025: We ordered a seafood mix fantasy, which included seven different seafood items, all very small. The price was listed at €16, but the bill came to €20. We also ordered about 200 grams of fish, and the waiter quoted €6, but the bill came to €16. Plus €4 service and water, for a total of €42.50 for two, and we left hungry and feeling cheated. I don't recommend it.

04/11/2025: A lovely little cappuccino break. The place is superb, tastefully decorated. The owner and staff are delightful. Plus, one of the waiters speaks the most beautiful language in the world 😉 Thank you for everything!

05/06/2025: Ci siamo appena stati per cena, una tranquillissima serata vista mare. Clima accogliente e familiare con cucina a vista e terrazza superiore tutta vista mare. Preso 2 primi, con tartare di gambero rosso e all'Andrea (lo chef), una frittura una bottiglia d'acqua e una cocacola.. 69€. Prezzo onesto considerata la materia prima e la posizione. I due primi veramente soddisfacenti, belle porzioni ed la tartare di gambero una delizia ma la parte migliore è la frittura, delicatissima quasi si scioglieva in bocca. Consigliato.
27/05/2025: Forse una serata sbagliata per lo chef ma personalmente non ho mangiato nulla.
Antipasti pessimi unico sapore percepito quello dell' olio cattivo anche quello.
Frittura mista di mare abbondante ma unta e pessima.
Prezzo per due antipasti e una frittura con acqua minerale euro 75,00.

19/10/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to here, I have to for the friendly staff and the dishes I chose. I opted for the all-you-can-eat option for dinner, and the food was delicious. It was also my first time there. I was really impressed by the waiter, Matteo. I've been to many sushi restaurants, and not only, but I felt at ease here. I saw how he helped others, including his colleague, who apparently didn't speak much Italian. The dishes were all delicious, from the first to the last. The sushi waiters were also all polite and kind. I'll be back!

The sushi was full of rice and very little fish!
The menu was poor, very poor, the meat was rubbery, flavorless, and everything tasteless.
The waiters were fast and super kind!!

07/09/2025: Centrally located hotel, a little dated but comfortable, very clean, and smells great. Italian breakfast is served at the café downstairs. Parking is available with a pass in the paid area in front of the entrance. Friendly and helpful staff.

18/08/2025: We stumbled upon this bistro the first time by chance, and then returned a second time. The service was good, provided by young women that day, and the non-alcoholic cocktails were very good (plenty of choice). Thank you so much for this experience.
08/08/2025: A refined restaurant with a terrace overlooking the main square. The relaxing and pleasant atmosphere captivated us so much that we ordered more wine and other dishes, whose simplicity and flavor contributed to a wonderful evening, crowned by impeccable service, professionalism, and a smile.
