I migliori ristoranti in Barletta-andria-trani

12/05/2024: Per il compleanno di mia figlia abbiamo pensato bene di pranzare in questa struttura dove, (non avevamo il minimo dubbio non essendo la prima volta) tutto è curato nei minimi particolari: la location, le proposte ed il servizio impeccabile. I titolari e tutto il personale sempre gentilissimi e preparati nel consigliare e spiegare nei dettagli quanto veniva servito. Piatti elaborati che esaltano le materie prime. A mio parere il risotto, nella sua "apparente" semplicità, sublime....un sapore ""slurp"" I saltimbocca di spigola....delicatissimi. Sicuramente da consigliare a chi soggiorna, anche per poco, nella nostra splendida città dove il centro storico e la meravigliosa Cattedrale bastano per giustificare la vacanza.

06/05/2024: Posto magnifico che si affaccia sul castello di Trani, abbiamo scelto il percorso quintessenziale e devo dire che esalta la ricerca e l’innovazione del gusto nei piatti… ambiente molto raffinato e personale simpatico e preparatissimo … abbiamo apprezzato che lo chef ci sia venuto a salutare prima di andare via … ci vedremo presto

26/05/2024: Every time I go to Felice Sgarra it's a real pleasure. If in the kitchen, as in life, passion, sacrifice, determination and a pinch of madness are needed, he contains all of this. The flavors and aromas of his dishes are absolutely fantastic. A precious staff attentive to the wishes of its customers. Absolutely worth trying.

31/05/2024: Small but very welcoming place. Abundant and varied starters of excellent quality. Three first courses including cavatelli with mussels and beans, troccoli with garlic, chilli oil and crumble of bread and crusco pepper and orecchiette with burnt wheat with rocket and cherry tomatoes, all three of which are generous. Finally a mix of really good desserts. Highly recommended.

30/03/2024: Quando si và da Veleno , figura e risultato sono assicurati. Lasciatevi consigliare nella scelta dalla sommelier e padrona di casa, noi abbiamo fatto un percorso eccellente, a partire dalle ostriche, al primo e al pesce come secondo, una spettacolare rana pescatrice con patate. Il vino, un calafuria a completare il tutto ad una perfetta temperatura. Super consigliato. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

04/04/2024: Came this evening for the first time in this restaurant, a setting with ancient historical structures, very elegant and nice staff with excellent service in the center of Barletta, not intending to have an important dinner but a dinner light, brought as an opening pureed with broad beans and fennel. Then ordered 2 important appetizers an octopus with potatoes with a formidable cooking, very fresh and excellent. Then some very fresh prawns, orange, fennel and chilli pepper from the very tasty menu and tasty to mix with the sauce. Finally some pineapple as a digestive. A compliment to the person at the checkout Mr. Lello very kind and hospitable to customers. I had dinner in this very quiet and serene place and I was pleased to dine and taste some very good and tasty dishes with excellent cooking and quality of the fish.⁹ Excellent national and foreign wine cellar. Very fair price Highly recommended, I will return to taste more of your dishes in this elegant setting.

Good assortment of wines, local and otherwise, excellent beers and a particular variety of home-made liqueurs, such as the excellent limoncello. Simple and genuine first courses, with a lovely homemade flavour, always freshly prepared. The friendly personality and hospitality of the owner are essential, available to best satisfy the needs of every customer.
