Excellent, highly recommended!
We were passing through, and even though it was almost fully booked, the owner managed to accommodate us without any problems. Fast service, friendly staff, and truly delicious food. On our next trip, since we're from the Marche region, we'll definitely be back!

At Vinàlia, everything is made according to tradition. We tried their mixed antipasti and, of course, the orecchiette with turnip tops. Everything was delicious. The ingredients were high-quality and incredibly fresh. We also tried this year's olive oil, which was truly excellent!
The final treat was a sampling of homemade dry biscuits and digestives. Highly recommended if you're passing through Canosa.

Already upon entering, you have the wonderful sensation of entering a past—for many, ancient, and for the younger ones, unexamined.
You are immediately overcome by a positive feeling of welcome, sincere and not superficial, offered by the managers and their staff. This feeling is not added, but becomes a product of the location, completely in tune with the historic center and the ancient buildings in which it is nestled, and will accompany you until the end of the meal.
At the end, you will decide, without anyone "urging" you with false politeness, to leave the table to make room for others, as happens elsewhere, not far from this reality.
Yes, because despite being all young, the team is very clear about the importance of a customer, who is first and foremost a guest and must be respected as such.
This is an uncommon and expected attitude, which one hopes to encounter every time you enter a restaurant.
Well, at Vinalia, all of this comes naturally, passed down through the family, whose courtesy, education, honesty, and renowned empathy have always been a prime example in the area.
One could stop at describing the restaurant and the staff who manage it with great respect, but the storytelling certainly goes beyond that...
The catering completes this experience, blending consistently and respectfully with traditions that are still alive and destined to endure over time, thanks to these young professionals, who offer time-honored dishes, rarely revisited, but always with absolute respect for traditional recipes.
Fresh, top-quality ingredients, combined in a chorus of flavors where no single one can dominate the other.
The quantities?
Well, the symphony of appetizers alone deserves a lengthy discussion of its own, which I'll avoid, also to avoid revealing the surprise. But if they then offer you (they do, they do...) small samples, don't trust them...they're not at all. And if that's still not enough for you, ask and they'll be happy and honored to offer more, because it means their suggestions were more than appreciated.
The price?
Well, that's the real final gift...you'll see.
Once you leave the restaurant, I'm sure that, like me and all the other guests (not just regulars), you'll already be planning your next "taste excursion," perhaps looking for a special occasion, which you'll invent, just to return soon... and, assuming you find availability, because hospitality also means offering the opportunity to spend an evening in a place that, fortunately, is not large, but family-friendly. For these reasons, in addition to those just described, there are reasonable and understandable reservation restrictions, which can be overcome with a decision, preferably well in advance. You won't regret it.

Excellent place, we ate very well. It's located in the historic center of Canosa. It's accessible, a very small place with few seats, but intimate and very characteristic. It doesn't work with a menu. They bring you appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and fruit. You decide on the spot with the waiter/owner. Welcoming place. Excellent quality food. For dessert, I would make a better proposal and suggest the chocolate soufflé/cake with cream, which everyone likes.
