05/04/2024: We had a wonderful evening at Quintessenza during our visit to Puglia. The tasting menu was delicious, varied and really showcased the local produce. The service was absolutely fantastic, we felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you!
01/04/2024: If before it was excellent, now it is simply something exceptional, every time they manage to improve which makes each visit even more pleasant. Every single dish is an explosion of flavors and a pleasure to travel half of Italy just to come here. A place absolutely not to be missed for any reason in the world, much better than some more famous restaurants with 2/3 Michelin stars. Apollo forever. ❤️

An hour of waiting and having only eaten the first course of the appetizer.
Food…nothing good!
Service... ask for bread or water, it will arrive after an hour.
Not to go back again, but never really again. Disaster

30/03/2024: A wonderful restaurant! The food was excellent, the wine excellent, the service impeccable. All of this at an extremely fair price. We just didn't need the music from the radio station or would have liked to have heard it at least a little quieter. Therefore one star less for the otherwise very nice atmosphere.
11/03/2024: Even though there were 40 of us, the service was fast. Excellent, fresh fish.

19/08/2023: Ottima cena, io e mio marito ci siamo lasciati consigliare dal proprietario Emilio. Nove portate di antipasti:
Insalata di mare
Arrosticini di pesce
Focaccia
Piatto di formaggi
Tagliata di Angus
Pancetta
Sauté di cozze
Polpette al sugo
Parmigiana di melanzane
Alla fine avevamo mangiato bene e tanto che abbiamo concluso con il dolce, caffè e grappa barricata.
Bevande acqua e un quarto di vino.
Il totale del conto 50 euro.
Purtroppo la vacanza è terminata avremmo voluto provare altri piatti sia di carne che di pesce.
