09/03/2024: Una sorpresa riuscita, forse data l'età... 😅 Quì ho mangiato altre volte e sempre molto bene, locale bello, camerieri e camerieri attenti alle varie esigenze, e disponibilità di cucina senza glutine presente in loco. Nessun problema per chi può mangiare di tutto come me e quindi molto soddisfatto.

01/04/2024: We went yesterday for Easter and 81st birthday. Very welcoming place and attentive owner to ensure that the service was perfect. Typical Apulian cuisine of excellent quality and the opportunity to taste excellent home-produced oil of various flavors combined with the dishes. Excellent quality/price ratio. Compliments to the chef. I highly recommend it.

Abbiamo mangiato prodotti tipici di alta qualità per non parlare dell olio e vino di propria produzione superlativo. E possibile acquistare i loro prodotti in sede , io personalmente ho preso l olio all arancia molto particolare. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario nicola .da tornarci il prima possibile.

I was positively impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially Domenico who took care of my table. As a lactose intolerant I have never eaten as well as at Villa Carafa. They prepared the exact same menu as the others but without lactose. Maximum attention and maximum care. Even the desserts and the cake. A dream 🤩 Thanks to all of you I had a wonderful time, from the welcoming, clean environment to everyone's kindness.

Honestly, I didn't expect to pay 2 euros cover charge for my 1 year old daughter (I also asked for a slice of bread for her but I was brought some fat at a cost of 2 euros) or to pay 20 ml of limoncello 5 EUR. 14/03/2024: In the countryside near Castel del Monte, this "tavern", housed in an old farmhouse completely renovated preserving the "rustic" characteristics of the farmhouses of rural and active Puglia, offers large rooms, with trusses and "exposed" wooden roof , such as stone masonry walls. The atmosphere is therefore the right one and typical of the Apulian hinterland. The welcome is good, the service is courteous and punctual, the furnishings and place settings are in harmony with the environments. Now let's get to the dishes. The proposal is varied but obviously favors traditional Apulian dishes to which however the chef adds a personal touch that enhances the dishes. The "house" wine, local, black or rosé, is of quality as can obviously be a bulk wine. The price is reasonable compared to the servings and therefore, all things considered, the evaluation is fully positive.

11/12/2023: Macelleria,braceria,gastronomia con possibilità di pranzare al tavolo. Locale pulito, con personale gentile e qualificato. Si mangia divinamente e si spende il giusto. Le materie sono di primissima qualità e la cottura perfetta. Siamo stati indirizzati su diversi tagli e specialità e non siamo rimasti delusi: Polpette di vitello in umido; mortadella alla brace; striscette ;salsiccia con stracciatella e funghi;tagliata semplice e con rucola e grana. Consigliatissimo.
