08/03/2026: A special place. Truly enchanting. The facilities and staff are of the highest standard, not to mention the hygiene, services, and comfort of the rooms. A Zen garden, pools, and fountains everywhere. A true paradise.

03/03/2026: A terrible Valentine's Day experience, to say the least. If we wanted to consider it for our wedding, we did well to have it. The rooms were not only dirty, the heating didn't work at all. Nor did the hot water. We found cigarette butts in the bedside table drawer. The TV remote was missing, the minibar was empty. Of course, the room manager made himself available, but he didn't resolve the issue. He said everything was in order and that everything would be resolved immediately... a lie. The hot water didn't arrive until the next day, and the bathroom was an igloo. So, we went to the event without showering, neither us nor the kids. Of course, at the time of payment. After I complained about all this, they simply took thirty euros off my final bill. Without a valid excuse. And then I forgot, at the end of the event, we walked from the hall to the rooms, the whole way in the rain with two strollers and two children. They had told us the route would be entirely indoors. In case of rain! Never again...except that the manager wanted to see us again to offer us the room for our future wedding.

13/04/2026: Excellent food and service. Update 2026 - We enjoyed a delicious lunch, and I complimented the chef on his potato gnocchi with scampi, yellow cherry tomatoes, and mint. Truly spectacular. 😋😋😋 I've recommended never taking this recipe off the menu. Spectacular!

I recommend the foal carpaccio, which has a very delicate flavor. The baked potatoes are unusual, so original. The desserts are also excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. From the first contact, I was met with helpfulness and meticulous attention to detail in the organization. The welcome was warm, and the highly qualified staff handled the event with professionalism and discretion. The atmosphere was truly pleasant, made even more special by the excellent live music. The quality of the food deserves special mention: carefully prepared dishes and excellent ingredients. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of class and substance for their events.

24/05/2026: An evening to forget... I'm sorry to say it, but negative reviews are also useful for improving. We ate a fantastic pizza, so fantastic, it tasted alive... In short, among the ingredients there was also crumbled pistachios complete with a dozen worms happily crawling through the dough. After pointing out the inconvenience, we were given the option of an exchange. I didn't like the other one either...dry, and I'm still digesting it. Initially, four of us chose that pizza, and all with the same problem. First, the lack of supervision, and who knows how many other customers ate it with such good toppings. Second, in the owner's place, I would have gone to the table to apologize for the inconvenience and was mortified... unlike him, he seemed annoyed by our complaint, made silently and very politely... and he justified himself by arrogantly saying, "I can't be in the jar to check?" We were liquidated in thirty seconds... Congratulations!

But what really made the difference was the human touch: the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the owners, waiters, and entire staff were exceptional. We felt welcomed with sincere kindness, cared for with attention, and pampered from start to finish. When a venue combines beauty, quality, and human warmth, the result can only be special. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Casale Santa Lucia for helping make our son's First Communion unforgettable. Highly recommended!

20/05/2026: Just back from my cousin's communion, we had a great time, we ate very well, the new and tasty dishes, the room was beautiful and bright with all its windows, even the desserts were very good.
