31/03/2026: Whenever I go to Minervino, a lunch stop at La Tradizione has been a must for years. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly, and the menu is delicious, featuring all the specialties of the Murgia region. Highly recommended!
09/03/2026: The place is too small, without a menu or seeing prices, you don't know the surprise at the checkout, because they don't give you the menu!

07/03/2026: I instinctively chose Casa Scesciola from five places recommended by a friend. I was drawn to the warm, rustic atmosphere. The food has a traditional flavor. The staff is professional and knowledgeable: knowledgeable and friendly. The service is fast and efficient. The rating is more than excellent! We'll be back!

The staff is really kind and the food is delicious too!!!
There are two waiters in particular, Antonio and Micaela, who are immeasurably kind. My favorite is Micaela, who made me smile😀. Sweet and playful, her polite and lively humor could stop a volcano from erupting. In both Antonio and Micaela, you can see the effort they put into making people happy, and the restaurant is also very well-kept.
Not to mention the unforgettable sunset, you really feel right at home!!!

14/02/2026: We dined here for the first time last night and I have to say we were more than satisfied. The quality of the ingredients was truly top-notch, and the cuisine was top-notch. I couldn't tell you which dish was the best, because they were all incredibly good, but the duck perhaps stood out for its quality of flavor and cooking. The service was impeccable, knowledgeable, and attentive. A few more smiles would have been nice, but we absolutely can't complain about anything. Well done, everyone.

14/01/2026: A small, welcoming restaurant with fast, attentive, and friendly service. The cuisine is typical of the Apulian hinterland, with top-quality ingredients and a wide variety of meats. The first courses are new daily specials: try the braised beef ravioli topped with pumpkin and walnut cream and smoked ricotta cheese: amazing. Recommended.
04/12/2025: Small restaurant on a street in the center of Minervino Murge. It doesn't have private parking, but there's street parking nearby. The only indoor dining area is small, with tables arranged fairly close together. The space is poorly heated; even though the two air conditioners were on, they weren't enough to adequately heat the room. The menu features traditional Apulian cuisine. There's a wide variety of meats, while the first courses are the daily specials, which are announced by the very friendly and efficient staff. The house antipasto is also delicious. Prices are very attractive, offering excellent value.

03/11/2025: Masseria Barbera is always a guarantee for those who want to spend a beautiful day, enjoy excellent food, and breathe in the fresh air away from the noise and stress of the city. You can take walks among the trees, the scents are the rare ones of freshly cut grass, plants, flowers, and trees that only those who love the countryside can understand. The prices are in line with the products used. Highly recommended!

21/03/2026: I'm writing this review directly from the restaurant so I don't forget anything.
We made a reservation at 8:00 PM. We arrived and ordered a few minutes later. Two pizzas and a sliced steak. We saw people arriving after us receiving their dinner before us. We requested service. At 9:00 PM, the pizzas arrived. But not the sliced steak. At 9:15 PM, the pizzas were finished and finally the sliced steak arrived. It should have been 300 grams, but it wasn't even close. The meat was bland and hard to chew. The pizzas were good, but honestly, there were too many things wrong with them. I had already been disappointed before, but things only got worse.
20/11/2025: Spectacular pizzas, not to mention the fried foods.
If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by.

06/01/2026: Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. I'm truly sorry about the aperitif... A mojito, unfortunately, that fell far short of expectations. If that's what it's supposed to be, I suggest removing it from the menu.
02/12/2025: I went a few nights ago with friends, and I have to say it was a real pleasure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the real highlight was the food, simply delicious! The panzerotti and focaccia are a house specialty and never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic, family-friendly feel that makes you feel at home. The place is small, but this makes it even more intimate and charming, so reservations are recommended. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The place is located in the heart of Minervino Murge, in a very quiet area and easily accessible on foot.

20/01/2026: Nothing special, it could be improved. The panzerotti aren't very good, and we didn't like the baked ones. I think the fried ones are a little better.
They should add a little more mozzarella and a little tomato.

26/09/2025: An enviable location, even higher than the Minervino Murge "Lighthouse," the view is breathtaking, dominating the entire valley below, with Mount Vulture looming on the horizon. A landscape that evokes distant, even prehistoric, times. I was lucky enough to see it on a rainy afternoon, with the clouds thinning and the golden sunset shaping everything. The restaurant is welcoming but a bit dated, with lots of wood. Very spacious, like a huge shell clinging to the mountain. It offers a miracle of traditional and gourmet cuisine, masterfully crafting top-quality ingredients. The amberjack carpaccio is unforgettable.
I've been away for a while. I'll be back soon to update this review. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite.
I didn't wait because I had a reservation, as reservations were recommended.

Nos queda un buen recuerdo y por eso queremos compartirlo.
23/05/2025: Cantina Brandi es un restaurante fabuloso, una auténtica joya. Escondido en la parte baja de Minervino Murge, es un poco difícil de encontrar. Pero vale la pena el esfuerzo! Nos dieron ningún menú – que no importaba como estaba en italiano (que no hablamos muy bien). Al final el equipo del fabuloso hermano (uno de los cuales es el notable chef) nos sorprendió con tres aperitivos diferentes, cada uno mejor que el anterior. En nuestras tres semanas en Apulia, no habíamos comido estos platos en otro lugar. También disfrutamos de focaccia casera única y deliciosa y la mejor ricota. Además, nuestra pasta era excelente. Verdaderamente auténtico y artístico! El servicio fue excelente también.

25/04/2025: Una garanzia! Ho visto crescere Taverna Garibaldi negli anni così come cresce una famiglia ed è in famiglia che ci si sente, in un luogo sempre caldo e accogliente.
Ed è sempre una nuova esperienza con menù basati sulla produzione del momento. Dagli antipasti ai primi (consiglio sempre di assaggiarne le due proposte ), al secondo si gusta il tutto e ti accorgi di aver mangiato bene e sano. Questa recensione non vuole essere uno "spoiler" ma un invito a scoprire e farsi guidare dalle proposte che Michela, super cuoca, saprà raccontare. Nessun freddo Qr code nella scelta del menù, solo una genuina proposta su cosa degustare da parte del personale. Da non perdere se ci si trova dalle parti del Castel Del Monte !
30/03/2025: Che dire: siamo stati completamente soddisfatti dall’attenzione e dalla cura con cui Michela ha ascoltato le mie richieste che avevamo accordato nelle settimane precedenti e ci ha proposto un ottimo menù completo di numerosi antipasti, due primi, due secondi, dolce e caffè al giusto costo di 40 euro a persona. Da sottolineare che ci hanno cambiato piatto e posate ad ogni portata. Mi avete fatto fare un ottima figura con i miei amici e soprattutto l’ha fatta lei Michela con tutto il suo staff. In una sola parola… Grazie
