The town is beautiful, it is a hill that rises out of the Wine and Olive filled fields out of nowhere. The restaurant has incredible views but you are not at a loss if your table doesn't share them as it is located in a park and they are available from the park. We visited outside of tourist season and missed the buzz of a full restaurant but that only meant we were able to receive more of the chefs time. As a pizza maker in Canada, I had many questions and this extra time was a very gracious gift. We had the best Panzerotti I've ever had and 2 pizzas. One with the dough recipe of the Father (Barese Style) and one of the daughter (Roman Tonda style) we loved both and wish we had reason to stay and eat again.
