03/06/2025: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Corte Maria restaurant in Trinitapoli and the experience was truly excellent. The place is refined and elegant, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease.
The food was excellent: each dish was taken care of in detail, well presented and full of flavor. You can clearly perceive the quality of the raw materials and the attention in the preparation.
Another plus point is definitely the quality-price ratio, really balanced considering the level of the cuisine and the service.
In short, Corte Maria is a wonderful discovery, ideal for a quiet dinner, a special lunch or an important occasion.
I will definitely be back!

Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it.
03/06/2025: I will no longer call for take-away pizza because punctuality is not a given, every time I have booked for a time, it has never been respected.....I'm sorry but I will no longer call even though the pizza is good but you can't wait an hour for take-away pizzas ordered as early as 8pm.....try to improve because people get fed up and go elsewhere.....!!!

08/06/2025: Went to celebrate my daughter's confirmation. Terrible, we waited long enough but that's not the problem. The real problem was that it was full of insects and if you weren't careful you'd end up eating those too, we threw away drinks and water because midges kept coming in, same thing with the food. I don't want to set foot there again

06/02/2025: We are regular customers when we come to Puglia. Those who work in the laboratory make a good product.... those who serve at the counter should all be fired!!! the owner and what I believe is the son never laugh!!! We ordered and explained the order in detail, that is, 300g of very small chiacchiere and of these 300g, once weighed, serve 3 to the table to enjoy with coffee. We go to pay and find an extra 1.50 euros in the bill for the 3 chats. The size of the chatter was ridiculous for being sold at 50 cents a piece. A steal!!! We pointed out the mistake to the boy at the checkout and in response he reopened the package and removed the three chatter served at the table from the tray. Obviously we won't set foot there again!!!

11/03/2025: The stay lasted 3 days, the place is quiet, the whole structure is partly renovated and partly left in decay, be careful to report damages in the rooms at the beginning of the stay, because otherwise you will be charged at the end. 10 km away from the village, impossible to move on foot or by public transport. We will not return.
